Recipes:<br />
Note: In or<strong>de</strong>r to achieve even browning,<br />
all ingredients should be of the same<br />

Cinnamon cones<br />
Ingredients:<br />
50g margarine or butter, 75g sugar, 1 egg,<br />
175g flour, 250ml lukewarm water, ½ tsp.<br />
cinnamon<br />
For filling: whipped cream or ice cream<br />
Preparation:<br />
Cream the fat and some of the sugar, then<br />
add the egg. Alternately add the flour sifted<br />
through a sieve and the lukewarm water<br />
in which the remaining sugar has been<br />
dissolved, and add the cinnamon at the end.<br />
Beat the dough well and let it rise for around<br />
30 minutes. Form the baked wafers into<br />
cones or rolls.<br />
Lemon cones<br />
Ingredients:<br />
100g margarine or butter, 100g sugar, 2<br />
eggs, grated lemon peel, 200g flour, 1 tsp.<br />
baking pow<strong>de</strong>r, 125ml lukewarm water, 1-2<br />
tbs. lemon juice<br />
For filling: whipped cream or ice cream<br />
Preparation:<br />
Whisk fat, sugar and lemon peel until<br />
creamy, and then add the eggs one by one.<br />
Alternately add the flour, sifted with baking<br />
pow<strong>de</strong>r, and the lukewarm water. Finally<br />
stir in the lemon juice. Bake the dough<br />
immediately. Form the baked wafers into<br />
cones or rolls.<br />
Chocolate cones<br />
Ingredients:<br />
3 eggs, 50g icing sugar, 100g flour, 30g<br />
ground almonds, 2 tbs. grated chocolate<br />
For filling: whipped cream or ice cream<br />
Preparation:<br />
Cream the eggs and the icing sugar until<br />
stiff. To check if the correct consistency has<br />
been achieved, score the surface with a knife<br />
bla<strong>de</strong>; the mark should remain visible. Stir in<br />
the sifted flour, spoon by spoon, followed by<br />
the almonds and the grated chocolate. Form<br />
the baked wafers into cones or rolls.<br />
Vanilla cones<br />
Ingredients:<br />
250g flour, 250g sugar, 125g melted butter,<br />
250ml water, 1 egg, 1 sachet vanilla custard<br />
pow<strong>de</strong>r<br />
For filling: whipped cream or ice cream<br />
Preparation:<br />
Bring the vanilla custard pow<strong>de</strong>r, water and<br />
sugar to the boil. Stir the whole mixture into<br />
the flour, using the highest blen<strong>de</strong>r setting.<br />
Add the egg and stir in the melted butter. The<br />
dough should be viscous; otherwise, add 50<br />
- 100ml lukewarm water stirring constantly.<br />
Form the baked wafers into cones or rolls.<br />
