Wetterfeste Klimageräte
Treibhausklima oder arktische Kälte – wetterfeste Klimageräte von NOVA
widerstehen allen Wetterbedingungen. Mit verzinktem / lackiertem (RAL-
Farbton) / beschichteten Stahlblech für Wandelemente, Ansaughauben und
das wetterfeste Dach mit Gefälle und Überstand. Optionale Ausführung
nach RAL-GZ 652 ist genauso möglich wie mit kompletter Kälte- und MSR-
Technik. Geeignete Schutzarten erfüllen die besonderen Bedingungen der
wetterfesten Ausführung. Mechanische und thermische Eigenschaften des
Gehäuseaufbaus sind mit dem Standardprogramm identisch.
Weatherproof AC units
Green house conditions or arctic cold – weatherproof NOVA AC units withstand
all weather conditions. With galvanized/ varnished (RAL tone) /coated
sheet metal for wall and door elements, weather protection hood and the
weatherproof roof with pitch and overhang. Optional execution according to
RAL quality standard 652 is possible as well as with complete refrigeration
and control technology. Suitable protection classes fulfill the particularly
demands of weatherproof execution.. Mechanical and thermal characteristics
of housing are identical with the standard program.
CTA extérieure
Conditions de serres et froid arctique, les unités NOVA inaltérables résistent
à chaque condition météorologique. Panneaux en acier galvanisé, peint
(ton RAL) ou prévus de protection. Auvants d’aspiration et de refoulement,
ainsi que tôle dépassant et incliné supplémentaire pour les centrales extérieures.
En option exécution suivant le système de qualité RAL 652 est possible
également avec réfrigération complète et apparature de contrôle. Des
classes de protection adaptées répondent aux exigences de l’exécution
pour centrales extérieures. Les caractéristiques méchaniques et thermiques
du caisson sont identiques au program standard.

Hygiene Klimageräte
In hygienisch sensiblen Bereichen wie Krankenhaus-OP’s und Laboren werden
Hygiene-Klimageräte von NOVA eingesetzt. Einbaukomponenten und
Gehäuse-Innenseiten sind chemikalienfest lackiert, der Edelstahl-Boden
erlaubt ein rückstandsfreies Auswischen ohne Vertiefungen und Nuten. Die
hygienisch einwandfreie Ausführung wird durch Zertifikat nachgewiesen.
Die Ausführung der NOVA-Hygiene-Klimageräte kann selbstverständlich auch
nach den Bestimmungen des RAL-Gütezeichens 652, Raumlufttechnische
Geräte, erfolgen – ein Gütesiegel für Klimatechnik in höchster Qualität.
Hygienic AC units
NOVA hygienic AC units were used n hygienic sensitive areas as hospital OP
and laboratories. Built-in components and inside of housing are varnished
chemical resistant, the bottom of high-grade steel without grooves or
depressions allows cleaning without remains. The hygienic perfect design is
proven by certificate. NOVA hygienic AC units can also be made according to
RAL quality standard 652 - a trademark for air conditioning in highest quality.
CTA hygiénique
Les unités hygiéniques NOVA sont utilisées dans des hôpitaux, salle d’opérations
et laboratoires. Les composants internes et les panneaux sont prévus
de peinture, le fond de panneaux en acier inoxydable. L’intérieure est
complètement lisse pour un nettoyage aisé. La construction hygiénique est
prouvée par certificat. Les unités hygiéniques NOVA peuvent également être
construites selon le système de qualité RAL 652 – un certificat de qualité
pour le conditionnement d’air dans la plus haute qualité.
ClinLine
NOVA ClinLine - ein kombiniertes Zu- und Abluftgerät zum Einsatz in Kliniken
und gleichartigen Gebäuden oder Räumen gem. DIN 1946 Teil 4. Mit Kreislaufverbundsystem
(Wärmerückgewinnung) für einen wirtschaftlichen Betrieb
im Winter und Kompressionskältesystem mit stetiger Regelung der Kühlleistung
zur Kühlung der Außenluft im Sommer. Die vollständig integrierte
MSR-Technik mit allen für den automatischen Betrieb notwendigen
Regelungs- und Überwachungsfunktionen ergibt ein „steckerfertiges“ Klimagerät,
komplett verdrahtet, befüllt, geprüft und probegelaufen. Die Anlieferung
in einer Transporteinheit reduziert den Installationsaufwand vor Ort.
NOVA ClinLine – a combined supply and return air unit for use in hospitals and
similar buildings or rooms according to german standard DIN 1946 T4. With
integrated circuit system (heat recovery) for economic operation at winter conditions
and refrigeration system with steady capacity control for cooling of
fresh air at summer conditions. The fully integrated control technology with all

NOVA ClinLine – une unité combinée d’extraction et pulsion pour hôpitaux ou
salles similaires suivant standard DIN 1946 T4. Avec un système intégré (récupération
chaleur) pour opérations économiques conditions hivernales et
système de refroidissement en été. L’apparature de contrôle avec toutes les
fonctions nécessaires pour opération automatique donne une unité prête
pour branchement, complètement câblée, testée et soumise à une période
d’essai en usine. Fourniture en une pièce réduit le travail d’installation sur site.

NOVA QuickLine, das sind 13 ausgewählte RLT-Systeme in 5 verschiedenen
Größen für einen Leistungsbereich von 500 bis 20000 m 3 /h. Detailgenaue
Planung dieser Geräte sowie ein hoher Vorfertigungsgrad ermöglicht kurze
Lieferzeiten für die standardmäßig vordefinierten Versionen. Individuelle
Lösungen sind möglich, so auch mit kompletter MSR-Technik. Alle Komponenten
sind nach den Kriterien des RAL-Gütezeichens 652 (Raumlufttechnische
Geräte) geprüft, optional erfolgt auch die komplette Geräteausführung nach
diesem Qualitätsstandard. Zahlreiche verschiedene Gerätekonfigurationen
mit und ohne Wärmerückgewinnung sind lieferbar.
NOVA QuickLine, that are 13 selected AC systems in 5 different sizes for
capacity from 500 up to 20000 m3/h. Detailed planning of this units as well
as a high degree of prefabrication makes short delivery times for the standardized
versions possible. Individual solutions are possible, also with complete
control technology. All components are tested according to the criterions
of RAL quality standard 652, optional the complete design can be done
with this standard. Numerous different unit configurations with and without
heat recovery can be delivered.

grand nombre d’unités préfabriquées font que le délai de livraison des versions
standards est très courte. Des solutions individuelles sont possible,
également avec régulation complète. Tous les composants sont testés suivant
les critères du système de qualité RAL 652, en option l’unité complet
peut être fabriquée selon ce standard. Des configurations différentes d’unité,
avec et sans récupération de chaleur peuvent être livrées.
KLIMAGERÄTE/AIR HANDLING

ÖkoLine/EcoLine
NOVA-Klimageräte ÖkoLine und ÖkoLine Plus reduzieren durch Wärmerückgewinnung
(WRG) aus der Abluft konsequent Energie- und Kostenaufwand.
Durch Optimierung der Plattenwärmeübertrager werden Rückwärmzahlen
von 60 ... 85% erreicht. Das hocheffektive System wird im Sommer zur
„Kälterückgewinnung“ genutzt. Die Wirkung wird durch adiabate Befeuchtung
mit dem NOVA Kaltdampfbefeuchtungssystem beträchtlich erhöht.
Über Hochdruckdüsen (max. 120 bar) eingesprühtes Wasser senkt die
Ablufttemperatur auf 16 ... 20°C zur Kühlung der Außenluft über den Plattenwärmeübertrager
(indirekte adiabate Kühlung).
NOVA AC units EcoLine and EcoLine Plus reduces consequently energy and
costs by heat recovery from the return air. By optimization of the plate heat
exchanger efficiencies from 60 up to 85% were reached. The high effective
system will be used for cold recovery at summer conditions. The effect is
considerably increased by adiabatic humidifying with the NOVA cold fog
system. Water sprayed into the air with high pressure nozzles (max. 120 bar)
lowers the return air temperature to 16 … 20°C for cooling the outside air by
the plate heat exchanger (internal adiabatic cooling).
Grâce à la récupération de chaleur, les unités NOVA ÖkoLine et ÖkoLine Plus
diminuent les frais d’énergie. Lors de l’optimisation des échangeurs à plaques,
des éfficacités de 60% à 80% sont atteintes. Ce système sera utilisé en
été pour la récupération de froid. L’éfficacité est atteint par l’humidificateur
de pulvérisation «AirKAD» (max. 120 bar) dans l’extraction, qui réduit la
température de retour à 16 … 20°C pour refroidir à travers l’échangeur à plaques
l’air frais.
Ökoline Plus/EcoLine Plus
Zusätzliche Kühlung bei extremen Außentemperaturen ist nur an einigen
Tagen im Jahr notwendig. Beim ÖkoLine Plus erfolgt diese durch den Verdampfer
des vollständig integrierten Kältesystems, betrieben mit dem chlorfreien
und umweltfreundlichen Kältemittel R 407C. Die Regelung erfolgt
durch Zu- bzw. Abschalten der beiden Kompressoren oder stufenlos. Die
Kälteleistung ist für eine Zulufttemperatur von ca. 18 °C ausgelegt. Damit
können – auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen sowie großen inneren
Wärmelasten – durchgängig behagliche Raumtemperaturen entsprechend
DIN 1946 Teil 2 eingehalten werden.
Additional cooling capacity at extreme outside air temperature is only required
at some days in the year. With EcoLine Plus cooling comes by the evaporator
of the fully integrated refrigeration system, filled with the chlorinefree
and environmental safe refrigerant R 407c. Control takes place by
on/off-cycling of the compressor/s or hot gas bypass. The cooling capacity is
designed for a supply air temperature of about 18°C. So in general comfortable
room temperatures according to german standard DIN 1946 T2 can be
kept, even at high outside air temperatures as well as with high internal heat
loads.
Capacité de refroidissement supplémentaire à des températures extérieures
extrèmes est nécessaire que quelques jours par an. Avec EcoLine Plus le
refroidissement se réalise par évaporateur du système de réfrigération complètement
intégré (réfrigérant R407c). La capacité de refroidissement est
conçue pour une fourniture de température d’air de 18°C. Donc, des températures
suivant le standard DIN1946 T2 peuvent être maintenues, même
avec de hautes températures extérieures ou de charges thermiques internes
importantes.

Physikalische und hygienische Bedingungen beim Betrieb eines Hallenbades
machen Raumlufttechnik unverzichtbar. Durch Entfeuchtung,
Belüftung und Beheizung von Schwimmhalle und Nebenräumen müssen ein
behagliches Raumklima und die Vermeidung von Bauschäden sichergestellt
werden. Konventionelle Klimatisierung mit hohen Energiekosten
durch die Verwendung von Außenluft kann durch Einsatz eines Kälteaggregates
in Wärmepumpen-Schaltung vermieden werden. Ein 2stufiger
Doppel-Plattenwärmeübertrager unterstützt den Entfeuchtungsprozess und
reduziert die erforderliche Kälteleistung.
Operating a swimming bath physical and hygienic conditions are making air
conditioning unalterable. A comfortable room climate and avoiding of structural
damages must be secured by dehumidification, venting and heating of
swimming hall and secondary rooms. Ordinary air conditioning with high
energy costs by using of outside air can be avoided by a refrigeration
system in heat-pump circuit. A 2-stage double plate heat exchanger supports
the dehumidification process and reduces the needed refrigeration
capacity.
Une température et humidité agréable sont réalisées par la déshumidifacation,
ventilation et chauffage de la piscine et annexes et protège également
le bâtiment contre des dommages structuraux. Le conditionnement d’air
simple causant des frais d’énergie élevés dû à l’emploi d’air extérieure peutêtre
évité par un système de refroidissement de pompe à chaleur. Un double
échangeur à plaques de haut rendement soutient la déshumidification
et diminu le besoin de refroidissement.

500 bis 3000 m 3 /h verfügbar. Die Vielfalt der Einbaukomponenten und
Geräte-Konstellationen unterscheidet sich nicht von den Merkmalen der
Standard- und Spezial-Produktreihen. Alle Varianten werden durch 2
Gehäuselängen abgedeckt. Die doppelschalige Bauweise des neuen
Gehäusedesigns ermöglicht durch die integrierte Isolierung verbesserte
Werte für Schalldämmung und Wärmeleitung. NOVA-Flachgeräte werden
optional auch mit kompletter MSR-Technik geliefert. Sensoren und
Stellglieder sind soweit möglich angebaut und verdrahtet.
NOVA flat units are available in 2 cross sections for air flows from 500 up to
3000 m3/h. The variety of built-in components and unit designs does not differ
from the features of the standard and special product lines. All versions
are using 2 modules of housing. The double-skin construction of the new
housing design enables by the integrated insulation improved values for
noise and thermal insulation. NOVA flat units were also optional delivered
with complete control components. Sensors and actors are as far as possible
mounted and wired.
Les unités NOVA extra plates sont disponible en 2 tailles pour des débits
d’air de 500 à 3.000m 2 /h. Les différents composants internes sont les
mêmes que ceux utilisés dans les unités standards. Toutes les versions
employent 2 tailles de caisson. La nouvelle construction double-paroi avec
isolation intégrée résulte dans des valeurs de bruit et d’isolation thermique.
Les unités NOVA extra plates sont aussi livrées avec régulation (MSR). Les
sondes, manomètres et servo-moteurs sont montés dans la mesure du possible.
