Instructions for changing the remote control battery<br />

NOTE: If the remote control <strong>de</strong>vice stops working, replace the battery.<br />

Step 1 - Turn the unit over and sli<strong>de</strong> op<strong>en</strong> the battery compartm<strong>en</strong>t cover.<br />

Step 2 - Remove and dispose of the old battery properly. Do not throw the old<br />

battery in the trash.<br />

Step 3 - Insert a new battery and close the compartm<strong>en</strong>t cover. Replace ONLY<br />

with a 3 volt CR2032 type button cell battery.<br />

This <strong>de</strong>vice complies with part<br />

Instructions for attaching the base to the surge protector unit<br />

Step 1<br />

Align tabs of the supplied base unit<br />

to the slots on the bottom of the<br />

surge protector, th<strong>en</strong> snap them<br />

into place.<br />

Step 2<br />

Align the cable <strong>ma</strong>nagem<strong>en</strong>t clips<br />

into the grooves on the base of<br />

the unit.<br />

Step 3<br />

Follow the direction of the arrow<br />

as indicated and snap the cable<br />

<strong>ma</strong>nagem<strong>en</strong>t clips into place.<br />
