HANDS-ON COOKING
EXPERIENCE
With Nimman Thai Cooking School
Attending a Thai Cooking Class is one of the best and most
authentic experience you can have in Chiang Mai. Newly
opened, Nimman Thai Cooking School is the only school located
in the heart of Nimmanhaemin area. This school offers an ideal
home-style learning environment.
At Nimman Thai Cooking School, there are two cooking sessions
in a day: mornings from 9 am. to 2 pm. and evenings from 4 pm.
to 8 pm. The morning class starts with a visit to a local market with
the teacher introducing fresh ingredients. The walk in the market
is an experience itself with teacher explaining all the various
Thai herbs and spices in perfect English language.
Back from the market, you then start the course with an
introduction to fundamental ingredients and techniques of
Thai cooking. You also have hands-on experience to
prepare and cook five dishes, chosen by yourself.
Small class size with no more than 8 students
promisse to be committed to giving you a friendly
and fun cooking experience. If you only have
limited time, the evening course is as much
interesting as the morning class but shorter
as there is no visit at the market. Meanwhile,
you can enjoy your dishes for dinner at the
school.
Nimman Thai Cooking School customizes
and adapts courses to vegetarian needs,
they offer personal cooking station,
carving teaching, curry paste lesson,
free pick up and drop off within
Chiang Mai city, recipe booklet,
air conditioned kitchen and free
wifi. Morning course 1,200 Baht,
evening course 1,090 Baht.
