This survey is concerned with the cultural dimension of Francophone minority communities.
Your participation is fundamental to the success of the study. You are asked to answer the
questionnaire truthfully and to the best of your knowledge. This is not a test. Of course,
you do not have to complete the questionnaire or answer any question that may offend
you. You may stop answering the questionnaire at any time and without prejudice.
However, the success of this research depends on your cooperation. Completing the
questionnaire should not take more than thirty minutes and should not cause any anxiety or
fatigue.
Your name does not appear on the questionnaire. The survey is strictly confidential. The
person who gives you the questionnaire will have no involvement in the analyses. Any and
all dissemination of results will make it impossible to identify specific individuals.
