La Mar<br />
LA MAR, an exceptionally highquality<br />
and distinctly unique wine,<br />
the first ever to be produced entirely<br />
from the indigenous Galician grape<br />
Caíño Blanco.<br />
Bodegas Terras Gauda has worked<br />
on a project to recover the White<br />
Caíño, a grape of great character,<br />
but whose culture is not widespread<br />
because it is the least productive of<br />
the Galician white varieties.<br />
This wine initially surprised by their<br />
distinct aromas. The person who<br />
tries the first time Caíño is not able<br />
to relate the perceived aromas with<br />
other products registered in olfactory<br />
memory. The most shocking thing<br />
about this wine is its consistency in<br />
the mouth, full of feelings. A discovery!<br />
