4. Lunch at The Cliff Town House
Those questing for the perfect
place for a wonderful lunch
should make an effort to visit
The Cliff Town House. Located
at Stephen’s Green it is our
preferred address for a lunch
in Dublin. The style and the
atmosphere are luxurious yet
convivial.
Ask for the table in front of the
window where you will enjoy a
view of the most famous garden
in the city.
The Chef, Sean Smith, offers
fine Irish cooking, inspired by
local suppliers and always fresh
and delicious. From the beginning
of the meal you know that
the experience will be genuine
“Dublin”. The Cliff Town House

has it’s own bakery which makes,
amongst other baked delectables,
delicious brioche bread made with
seaweed. For starters, try the fresh
crayfish, and you will almost certainly
arrive at the conclusion that
you are eating the best crayfish
of your life. Then, try the amazing
dish “All Irish Lamb” and you will
be surprised by the flavours, the
textures and the smoothness of
the different cuts of lamb. For the
dessert, taste the Yoghurt ‘Glenilen
Farm’ with Panna Cotta, Plum
Compote, Pistachio and Cornflake
Crunch and Cork Dry Gin Syrup.
Food is beautifully presented,
colourful and with a nice modern
twist.

pour un déjeuner à Dublin. Le

Le Chef, Sean Smith, propose
une excellente cuisine irlandaise,
inspirée par les produits locaux,
toujours frais et délicieux. Dès le

Cliff Town House a sa propre boulangerie
qui fait, entre autres délices
du fournil, un délicieux pain
brioché avec des algues. Pour
commencer, demandez les langoustines
fraîches, et vous arriverez
certainement à la conclusion
que vous êtes en train de manger
les meilleures langoustines de
votre vie. Ensuite, essayez l’incroyable
plat «tout agneau irlandais»
et vous serez surpris par les
saveurs, les textures et la finesse
des différentes coupes d’agneau.
Pour le dessert, laissez-vous tenter
par le yaourt «Ferme Glenilen»
avec Panna Cotta, compote de
prunes, pistaches et cornflakes
croustillants au sirop de Gin sec
de Cork.
La nourriture est joliment présenté,
colorée et avec une belle
touche de modernité.
