The 10th International Gastronomy Summit ‘Madrid Fusion 2012’ has been the scenario chosen for the official
presentation of the ‘International Journal of Gastronomy and Food Science’, the first scientific publication
on an international level to combine gastronomy and foodstuff research in the publishing sector.
Madrid Fusion 2012 a été le scénario choisi pour la présentation du magazine «International Journal of Gastronomy
and Food Science». Publié par Elsevier, le journal se veut un espace de communication pour les
cuisiniers et les scientifiques du monde entier. Le support servira de registre des nouvelles recettes et des
recherches culinaires.
La X Cumbre Internacional de Gastronomía, ‘Madrid Fusión 2012’, ha sido el escenario elegido para la presentación
oficial de la revista ‘International Journal of Gastronomy and Food Science’, la primera publicación
científica a nivel internacional que aúna en el sector editorial la gastronomía y la investigación alimentaria.
