4.4. CONFIGURATION SAXSPour étudier l’influence du substrat nous avons réalisé un dépôt de Py4CEH de 600 nmsur un substrat cristallin, en l’occurrence le graphite. La figure de diffraction présente lesmêmes caractéristiques que les autres films minces colonnaires élaborés par spin coating. Parconséquent la nature du substrat ne joue aucun rôle déterminant dans l’ancrage des colonnes.Nature de la phaseJusqu’à présent les matériaux étudiés sont dans une mésophase colonnaire à températureambiante. Pour savoir si de la nature la phase influence l’orientation des colonnes, nous avonsutilisé un composé possédant une phase cristalline de symétrie hexagonale à températureambiante. Il s’agit du T3CEH, représenté sur la figure 4.27. Ce matériau a été choisi car ilest chimiquement très proche du T4CEH.Fig. 4.27 – T3CEH : matériau présentant une phase cristalline colonnaire hexagonale àtempérature ambiante.Là encore, la figure de diffraction présente un pic planaire et un pic à 60˚ (figure 4.28).Ainsi la nature de la phase reste sans influence sur l’ancrage du matériau.Effet du “mauvais solvant”Dans le chapitre précédent, nous avons vu que dans un “mauvais solvant” le Pe4CEHne se dissout pas ; le matériau ne gonfle pas avec le solvant. Cette particularité, constatéedans le solvant organique, a-t-elle une influence sur la structure d’un film mince colonnaire ?134
