Dans la représentation Q // − Q ⊥ ,une poudre 3D est caractérisée par un “anneau” de diffraction (figure 4.20).Fig. 4.20 – Représentation caractéristique d’une poudre 3D sur un graphique Q // − Q ⊥ .4.4.2 Résultats expérimentaux4.4.2.1 Films minces recuits4.4.2.1.1 Ancrage homéotropeNous avons recuit selon un ancrage homéotrope un film de Py4CEH d’une épaisseurd’environ 630 nm. Le cliché de diffraction des rayons X en incidence rasante est représentésur la figure 4.21. Nous remarquons un pic de Bragg sur l’axe Q // ce qui confirme que le filmest bien orienté selon un ancrage homéotrope.Toutefois, nous constatons que le pic de Bragg est “étiré”, laissant apparaître une contributionselon Q ⊥ . Cela indique que les colonnes possèdent une certaine mosaïcité. Elles nesont pas strictement perpendiculaires au substrat. A partir d’une intégration angulaire nouspouvons estimer, en degré, la contribution hors du plan des colonnes. Ainsi, sur la figure4.22, la mosaïcité apparente des colonnes est d’environ 6˚. Mais, en tenant compte de l’effetd’ombre du substrat, la mosaïcité des colonnes est plus proche de 13˚.4.4.2.1.2 Ancrage planaire127
