14University of BaselMaster of Arts and Sciences in Sustainable Development (MSD)The aim of the Masters in Sustainable Developmentis to provide professionals from science,social sciences and economics with an in-depthunderstanding of sustainability. The course preparesfuture decision-makers in research, politics,economics and social fields, who will be responsiblefor accounting for and putting into practiceprinciples of sustainability.
