Öllieferant für dieQualität seines Produktes verantwortlich ist. For the selection of oil grade andviscosity, the limits of application given in table 1are to be taken into consideration.In table 2 a survey of the possible oil supplyvariants is given for the respective types andsizes.A minimum operating viscosity of 25 cSt mustbe ensured.Les réducteurs FLENDER sont à remplir avec unehuile avalisée par Flender, le fabricant et/ou lefournisseur de l’huile restant responsable de laqualité de son produit. 132Bei Druckschmierung darf die Betriebsviskosität1800 cSt beim Anfahren nicht überschrittenwerden.Unterhalb der in Tabelle 1 aufgeführten Grenztemperaturenist Tauchschmierung vorzusehenoder es muss beheizt werden.Dip lubrication:In case of dip lubrication, all parts to be lubricatedare lying in the oil.An oil compensating tank has been fitted for oil expansion.For criteria for selection, see page 128.If the temperatures are below the values as listedin the table, the oil must be heated.In case of dip lubrication, the oil temperature mustnot drop below the pour point of the selected oil.Forced lubrication:In case of forced lubrication, all parts not lying in oilare splash lubricated by means of a flanged-onpump or by a separate motor pump.For criteria for selection, see pages 129 - 132.In case of forced lubrication, the operatingviscosity 1800 cSt must not be exceeded duringstart-up.If the temperatures are below the values as listedin table 1, dip lubrication has to be provided or theoil must be heated.Lubrification par barbotage:Lors de la lubrification par barbotage, tous leséléments à graisser sont plongés dans l’huile.Un réservoir de compensation d’huile est vissépour la dilatation de l’huile.Critères de sélection, voir page 128Il doit y avoir préchauffage de l’huile lors detempératures inférieures à celles indiquées dansle tableau.Lors de la lubrification par barbotage, la températurede l’huile ne doit pas descendre en-dessousdu point d’écoulement de l’huile sélectionnée.Lubrification sous pression:Lors de la lubrification sous pression, tous leséléments ne se trouvant pas dans l’huile sont alimentésen huile par une pompe flasquée intégréeou par une pompe à moteur séparé.Critères de sélection, voir pages 129 -
