12. The garage doors hereby approved shall be fully timber boarded and shall be of aside hinged fitting. Once installed the door shall thereafter be retained as such inperpetuity.13. The existing cobbles in the coaching archway shall be retained as the surfacetreatment in this area. If any additional cobbles are required these shall bereclaimed and shall be of the same kind as those in situ at the date of thispermission. The cobbles shall thereafter be retained as the surface treatment inperpetuity.14. The existing stone setts to the south and west of the barn shall be retained as thesurface treatment in these areas. If any additional setts are required these shall beof the same kind and dimensions as those already in situ at the date of thispermission. The stone setts shall thereafter be retained in perpetuity.15. The vent holes to the rear elevation of the barn shall be ‘direct glazed’ (withoutframes) with recessed glazing and shall thereafter be retained as such in perpetuity.16. M6 colour of rainwater goods.17. M7 fixing of rainwater goods18. H8 – retention of parking.19. The site shall be developed with separate systems of drainage for foul and surfacewater on and off site.20.
