The daycan begin.A la carte pleasuresDespite the pleasure of suddenly having nothingelse to do, apart from appreciate the wonderfullytranquil moments, there are many opportunitiesto make life even more enjoyable. At the bar,there are original and cleverly mixed cocktails:“Natural Pressed Juices” or “Blended Juices”bring a colourful freshness: in the restaurant,under the attentive eye of a young and diligentteam, Frédéric Greffet represents the chefChristian Sinicropi. The two Michelin stars restaurant,the Palme d’Or, top quality restaurant inthe Martinez Hotel, cannot be brought intodisrepute.La baie de Cannes, la Croisette, ses palmiers,ses plages de sable fin, il y a des cartes postalesmoins glamour. Et quand un palace griffe unétablissement estival, chacun est en droit d’espérerdes moments d’exception. Les promesses decette signature renommée sont tenues ! Répartissur le sable et sur le ponton, les pergolas privativescomme les transats de l’Espace Balnéaire alignésdans un dessin parfait garantissent confort ettranquillité dans un environnement évidemmenttrès Zen. La journée peut commencer.Plaisirs à la carteLe plaisir de n’avoir soudain rien d’autre à faireque de profiter de ces instants de bonheurtranquille trouve dans de multiples cartes desoccasions d’être plus complet encore.Au bar, des cocktails inédits savamment mis enscène : “Pressés au Naturel” ou “FusionsFrappées” apportent leur fraîcheur colorée ;au restaurant, sous l’œil attentif d’une brigadejeune et diligente, Frédéric Greffet se fait l’ambassadeurdu chef Christian Sinicropi. Les deuxétoiles Michelin de la Palme d’Or, haut lieu dela gastronomie de l’Hôtel Martinez, ne peuventêtre galvaudées.51
