– Madame souhaite réserver une offre forfaitaire bien-être, Monsieur
plutôt non? Aucun problème. Dans ce cas, nous réservons volontiers

Generally, the applications take place outside of the hotel (1-star

Package offers whose applications take place directly in the hotel (4-star

– And if the lady would like to book an all-inclusive feel-good package
while the gentleman prefers not to? No problem at all! In this case
we’ll be happy to book a double room in the desired hotel category for
the lady based on the feelgood package and for the gentleman based
on the regular rate. Hence the actual price would be calculated as
follows: 1× spa packages + 1× cost of a standard overnight stay.
– Once arranged, spa treatments are binding and cannot be exchanged
for other services.
– Depending on your particular package, you will receive the precise
schedule either straight from the spa centre or from your hotel.

Kurtaxe
Das Gesetz vom 9. Februar 1996 regelt nach einheitlichen Grundsätzen die
Erhebung der Kurtaxe auf dem Gebiet des Kantons Wallis. Zur Erhebung
und Bezahlung der Kurtaxe (obligatorisch) melden Sie sich bitte bei Ihrem
Gastgeber.
Der Kurtaxenerlös wird für den Unterhalt und Ausbau von touristischer
Infrastruktur sowie Events-Gästeunterhaltung verwendet.
Taxe de séjour

séjour sur l’ensemble du territoire du canton du Valais. Pour le décompte et
paiement de la taxe de séjour (obligatoire) nous vous prions de contacter

Local Guest Tax
The act from 9 February 1996 provides for the collection of local guest taxes
in the canton of Valais according to uniform principles. For additional
information and payment (mandatory) please contact your host.
Revenue from the resort tax is used to maintain and develop the tourist
infrastructure and for events-entertainment.
