ARTICLE 76Review of measures tak<strong>en</strong> to complywith the arbitration panel ruling1. The Party complained against shall notify the other Party and the EPA Committee, before the<strong>en</strong>d of the reasonable period of time, of any measure that it has tak<strong>en</strong> to comply with the arbitrationpanel ruling.2. In the ev<strong>en</strong>t of disagreem<strong>en</strong>t betwe<strong>en</strong> the Parties concerning the compatibility of any measur<strong>en</strong>otified under paragraph 1 with the provisions of this Agreem<strong>en</strong>t, the complaining Party mayrequest in writing that the arbitration panel rule on the matter. Such request shall id<strong>en</strong>tify thespecific measure at issue and explain how such measure is incompatible with the provisions of thisAgreem<strong>en</strong>t. The arbitration panel shall issue its ruling within 90 days of the date of submission ofthe request. In urg<strong>en</strong>t cases, including those involving perishable or seasonal goods, the arbitrationpanel shall issue its ruling within 45 days of the date of submission of the request.3. In the ev<strong>en</strong>t of the original arbitration panel, or some of its members, being unable toreconv<strong>en</strong>e, the procedures set out in Article 71 shall apply. The period for issuing the ruling shall be105 days from the date of submission of the request referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article.<strong>CE</strong>/<strong>PAC</strong>/<strong>en</strong> 81
