MÉTODO DESELECCIÓN1. Cálculo de potencia.Determinar la potencia o par desalida necesario, teniendo encuenta que las potencias que seindican en las tablas han sidoestablecidas considerando que los<strong>reductores</strong> tendrán unfuncionamiento de 8 horas diariascon carga uniforme,(sin sobrecargas en el arranque nien marcha). Si la tran<strong>smi</strong>sión quese proyecta no se ajusta a lascaracterísticas indicadas, deberácorregirse la potencia de acuerdocon la tabla Nº 1 de clasificación decargas y con la Nº 2 de coeficientesde corrección.Ejemplo:Reductor para montacargas conmotor eléctrico de 2.2 kW,funcionamiento 8 -10 horas diarias.Según tabla Nº 1: Carga moderadaSegún tabla Nº 2: Coeficiente 1.25Pot. corregida:2.2 kW x 1.25 = 2.75 kW2. Cálculo de relación dereducción.Determinar la relación de reducciónque se desea conociendo lasvelocidades en el eje de entrada yen el eje de salida.Ejemplo:Velocidad eje de entrada1410 1/minVelocidadejedesalida301/min1410Relación de reducción ⎯⎯⎯ =47303.
