Procédure endovasculaire : embolectomie ou IA (délai = 6 h) • Mal codifiée, souvent de type « rescue » ! • 3 indicaBons à discuter : • Thrombose Sylvienne proximale (M1) • Si CI thrombolyse. • Si aggravaBon ou non amélioraBon en dépit thrombolyse. • Occlusion caroBdienne + Sylvienne • Thrombolyse (< 4.5 h) puis embolectomie (< 6 h). • Occlusion tronc basilaire (rescue !) • Si délai < 12 h et absence de lésions étendues du TC. • Thrombolyse et/ou procédure endovasculaire de type IA et/ou embolectomie. • Pas d’exclusion systémaBque liée à âge.
