Conclusion : Un programme de proprioception spécifique bi-hebdomadaire associé à unprogramme de renforcement musculaire permet de maintenir une réactivité nécessaire aux sportsnécessitant une visuo-indépendance. Ce maintien permet la diminution du risque de traumatisme.Au vue de ces résultats, il parait judicieux d’établir un programme simple de proprioception coupléà un renforcement des membres inférieurs destiné au monde amateur afin de les sensibiliser et delimiter les blessures.Mots-clés : prévention, entorse de cheville, réactivité, proprioception, sportifs de haut-niveauBackground : Injuries are the main problem in the sport bringing about social and economicalconsequences. Among them, the most frequent injuries are ankle sprains. The extensive use of theankle in some sports such as football requires a flawless proprioception to compensate for the visualsystem already stimulated by external elements. Therefore, it is necessary to develop tests assessingproprioceptive deficits at the ankle joint demonstrating visuodependance increasing the risk ofinjury. For this, we performed a test reactivity unipodal eyes open and eyes closed with theMyotest®.Hypothesis: Following an ankle sprain, proprioceptive sensors contained in the ligaments aredestroyed leading to a deficit in joint proprioception. This is objectified by reactivity eyes closedlower than eyes opened. To optimize the maintenance of responsiveness eyes closed, theestablishment of a program of strength training should be coupled to a specific program ofproprioception.Methods: The total population counts 30 participants divided homogeneously into three groups. Agroup of high level soccer (n=10, age 19 ± 1,15 yrs, weight 74,9 ± 11,53 kg, height 179,9 ± 9,41cm, IBM 23.03 ± 1.97 kg/m²) conducting a program to strengthen the lower body muscles togetherwith two weekly specific proprioceptive work in addition to their soccer training. A group ofswimmers (n=10, age 18,2 ± 1,47 yrs, weight 70,4 ± 7,9 kg, height 178 ± 4,32 cm, IBM 21,73 ±2,16 kg/m²) that carry out a program to strengthen the lower body muscles in addition to theirtraining sessions in the water. And a group of amateur soccer (n=10, age 21 ± 0,77 yrs, weight 70,2
