CROSS-CURRENT EQUIPMENT HANDBOOK9-INSTALLATION OF PVC FOR MODELS:V22-CC-H04V22-CC-H05V22-CC-H06V22-CC-H10V22-CC-H11V22-CC-H12This models includes a PVC kit for the installation of thesuction line (90mm.) and discharge line (Ø75mm) see tablebelow.Installation of the suction line:-Glue a Ø75mm pipe* to the discharge mouth of the niche(see fig.7).-Glue the Ø75mm valve (nº1 fig.7) to the Ø75mm pipe*.-Glue a 75mm pipe* to the Ø75mm valve (nº1 fig 7).-Glue the Ø75mm elbow (nº2 fig 7) to the Ø75mm pipe *.-Glue a Ø75mm pipe* to the elbow (nº2 fig 7).-Glue a 90/75/63mm conical reducer (nº3 fig7) to theØ75mm elbow (nº2 fig 7) and the Ø90mm connector on thepump.Installation of the suction line :-Using a pipe of Ø90mm*, glue an elbow of Ø90mm (nº4fig. 7) to the suction mouth on the niche (see fig 7).-Using a pipe of Ø90mm* join the other elbow of Ø90mm(nº4 fig 7) to the elbow already glued (seer fig 7).-Glue the Ø90mm valve (nº5 fig 7) to the elbow (nº 4 fig 7)using a pipe of Ø90mm* to join them.-Glue a pipe of Ø90mm* to the valve (nº5 fig 7) and to thepump connector of Ø90mm.*PVC pipes not included in the kit.PVC KITNº DESCRIPTION QTY.1 Ø75mm ball valve 12 Ø75m 90º elbow 13 90/75/63mm conical reducer 14 Ø90mm 90º elbow 25 Ø90mm ball valve 1MODEL A B CV22-CC-H04 / H05 / H06V22-CC-H10 / H11 / H12165 1155 70017
