Merci delire attentivement la notice avant la première utilisation.• Les protections TRICKX répondent aux exigences essentielles de santé et desécurité. En effet, leur ergonomie respecte la liberté de mouvement tout enétant approprié à un niveau de protection aussi élevé que possible.• Les protections TRICKX sont fabriquées pour limiter les risques et autresfacteurs de nuisance, dans les conditions prévisibles d’emploi.• Nous avons travaillé sur des matériaux qui ne sont pas nocifs pour l’hygièneou la santé de l’utilisateur, et qui facilitent l’absorption de la sueur. En effet, lesprotections sont réalisées en mousse renforcée au niveau du crâne .• Les protections sont conçues et fabriquées pour s’adapter à la morphologiede l’utilisateur par des systèmes de réglages (sangles…) et les nombreusestailles disponibles. Le casque pourra être placé aussi aisément que possible etmaintenu dans la position appropriée durant la durée nécessaire d’utilisation.• Nos casques ont également été conçus pour être les plus légers possiblesans sacrifier à leur solidité ni à leur efficacité.• Ils peuvent être utilisés pour la pratique du VTT, skateboard et rollerskate.• Tous nos produits sont étudiés pour pouvoir être utilisés ensembles afin devous assurer une protection optimale.AVERTISSEMENTATTENTION : Il est déconseillé aux enfants d’utiliser ce casque pourfaire de l’escalade ou toutes autres activités présentant un risque destrangulation ou de pendaison au cas où ils resteraient accrocher parleur casque.Les casques TRICKX ne sont pas destinés à :• Fournir la protection de sécurité adéquate s’il est employé sur unvélomoteur où tout autre véhicule à moteur.• Une utilisation dans les atmosphères explosives.• Des interventions rapides ou devant être ôtées rapidement.• Être utilisées pour des interventions en situations dangereuses.• Une utilisation vestimentaire appropriée à la signalisation visuelle del’utilisateur.• Protéger contre des chocs mécaniques.• Protéger contre la compression (statique) d’une partie du corps.• Protéger contre les agressions physiques (frottements, piqûres, coupures,morsures).• Prévenir des noyades.• Protéger des effets nuisibles du bruit.• Protéger contre la chaleur et/ou du feu.• Protéger contre le froid.• Protéger contre les chocs électriques.• Protéger contre les rayonnements.• Protéger contre les substances dangereuses et agents infectieux.Aucun protecteur ne peut offrir une protection totale contre les blessureset les limites d’utilisation du produit (par exemple gamme de température,échange après avoir subit un choc, vieillissement…)NOTICE D’INFORMATIONa) INSTRUCTIONS DE STOCKAGE• Les casques TRICKX ne doivent pas être exposés à de très hautes températures.Les casques peuvent être endommagés si ils sont exposés à une températuresupérieure à 65°C. Un véhicule fermé ou un sac de stockage exposés au soleil,peuvent atteindre ces températures les jours de canicule. Une expositionà ces températures peut altérer la capacité de protection des matériauxutilisés. Si vous constatez que les coques plastiques moulées présentent desfissures ou une rigidité anormale, le casque doit être changé.b) MODE D’EMPLOI• Les casques TRICKX sont destinés à la pratique du VTT, roller et skate.Ils garantissent uniquement la protection des zones couvertes contreles impacts d’une force raisonnable. Certains traumatismes, dûs à laviolence du choc, ne peuvent être empêchés même par une protectioncorrectement employée.• Le casque doit être correctement mis pour être efficace. Bien attaché, lecasque ne doit pas bouger par devant et par derrière où sur les côtés unefois qu’il est fixé. Si le casque ne tient pas avec les protections installées,enlevez-les et installez une protection de taille différente. Pour assurer lafixation, n’hésitez pas à mélanger les épaisseurs des protections afin detrouver celle qui correspond le mieux à la forme de votre tête• Les casques TRICKX sont proposés dans plusieurs tailles XXS, XS ou S.La protection est optimale lorsqu’elle est ajustée au sujet protégé. Avanttoute utilisation, vérifiez que la protection est ajustée et que les sangles deréglage sont en place.1) Enfiler le casque en la plaquant bien au niveau du crâne pour être sûrqu’il ne glisse pas.2) Pour serrer la courroie du menton, tenez la boucle d’une main. Tirezalors la courroie jusqu’au bout3) Le casque doit être fixé fermement sur votre tête. Pour couvrir votrefront avec le casque, serrez la courroie du menton. Pour soulever l’avant,desserrez la courroie du menton.4) Pour vérifier la tension appropriée, mettez le casque et attachez la boucle.Ouvrez votre bouche. Vous devez sentir la courroie tirer sur votre menton.5) Essayez alors de retirer le casque à l’avant et à l’arrière. Si le casquese détache, augmentez la tension des courroies et examinez si lesprotections employées sont assez épaisses. Le casque ne doit pas bougerexcessivement en avant ou en arrière. Il ne doit pas être possible de retirerle casque sans desserrer la boucle.6) Seules les protections suffisamment serrées peuvent éviter desblessures en cas de chute.7) Si vous pouvez incliner le casque en avant où en arrière, vous devez serrerla courroie d’ajustement. Il est primordial que le casque soit attaché etcorrectement ajusté sur votre tête afin de fournir la protection maximale.8) Assurez vous à chaque utilisation que les ajustements et les réglagessont bons.d) Nettoyage et entretien• Le casque doit être lavé à l’eau savonneuse et séché à l’air libre. Certainesmousses intérieures sont démontables.e) Révisions• Si vous constatez que les coques plastiques moulées présentent desfissures ou une rigidité anormale, le casque doit être changé.• Si vous constatez que le produit est différent de celui d’origine, le casquedoit être changé.• Si le casque a été sollicité lors d’un choc, les éléments d’absorption des chocsseront alors devenus inutilisables, il doit être changé.• Le casque ne peut pas être réparé.f) Examens techniques• Avant d’être mis sur le marché, les casques TRICKX ont subi de nombreuxtests afin de vous fournir la meilleure protection possible.• Les laboratoires de tests ont donc pu affirmer que les casques sonttous conformes au Décret Français n°94-689 du 5 Août 1994 et dela Directive Européenne 89/686/EEC du 21 Décembre 1989 et auprotocole CRITT.• Aucune autre protection que les protections TRICKX ne sont acceptéesavec les protections TRICKX elles-même, par souci de compatibilité, afind’obtenir une protection optimum.g) Emballages• Les emballages d’origine sont les plus appropriés pour le transport desprotections TRICKX.

Our ergonomics let you move freely while maintainingthe highest level of safety possible.• TRICKX products are made to protect you when used only as directed duringthe activities our product was made for.• TRICKX products are made with materials that assist in keeping yourproduct hygienic while providing protection. This is achieved by using foammade of a microfil neoprene that helps wick perspiration.• TRICKX products are made to offer a custom fit while maintaining all healthand safety requirements. Our product is offered in a number of sizes and withadjustable straps, creating a fit customized to each user. Proper sizing andpositioning of the equipment during use, is necessary to provide maximumprotection.• TRICKX products are made to be light and easy to wear without compromisingthe ability to protect.• TRICKX products are manufactured to offer protection for the followingactivities only : cyclistes, skateboarders and rollerskaters.• All of our products are compatible with each other to assure the optimumlevel of protection.This product is not to be used for the followingWARNING ! It is not advised that children wear this helmet while involvedin activities such as climbing or in other activities which have a risk ofstrangulation, hanging, or the possibility of being suspended by the helmet.• It is not to be used while operating a motorcycle or any other motorizedvehicle.• It is not intended to offer protection while handling explosives.• It is not to be used in extremely dangerous situations• It is not to be used to protect against mechanical or motorized impacts• It is to not be used to protect against risk of electrical shock.• It is not to be used to protect against physical injuries such as: scrapes, cuts,bites, and or stings.• It is not to be used to protect against drowning.• It is not to be used to protect against the negative effects of loud noises.• It is not to be used to protect against extreme heat or fire.• It is not to be used to protect against extreme cold.• It is not to be used to protect against radiation.• It is not to be used to protect against toxic or infectious substances.No protector or vest can offer a full protection against injuries and limits ofutilisation of the product itself (like temperature range, exchange after crash,ageing…)Storage InstructionsTRICKX helmets should not be stored in extremely high temperatures. Yourhelmet may be damaged if stored in temperatures exceeding 65º C.A closed vehicle or a storage bag exposed to the sun may create suchtemperatures. Exposure to these temperatures may alter the protectivecapacity of the materials that your helmet is made of. If you notice that themolded plastic shell has developed cracks or has become excessively rigid,you should discard the helmet.How to wear properly• TRICKX helmets are intended to provide protection only against impactsof a reasonable force during activities approved for this helmet. Certaintraumas, due to the violence of impact, may not be prevented while wearingthis helmet.• Your helmet must be worn correctly to be effective. Failure to wear yourhelmet correctly inhibits the protective qualities of the helmet. It isimportant that the helmet is properly attached and adjusted so that it isnot possible to move it forward, backward or side-to-side.• If the helmet does not fit with the size of protective pads it came with,replace them with protective pads of a different size. Don’t hesitate to mixand match the size of the pads to find a custom fit.• Your helmet is offered in XXS, XS and S sizes. The optimal level ofprotection is achieved when the helmet is adjusted to fit the user. Beforeevery use, be sure that the helmet is properly adjusted and that all thebuckles are fastened.1. Put the helmet on making sure that it fits snugly and that it touches thetop of your head.2. Fasten the chinstrap buckle and then adjust the chinstrap with yourhand until the helmet fits snugly.3. The helmet should be fixed firmly and centered on your head. To adjustthe helmet to the front, tighten the chinstrap. To adjust the helmet to therear, loosen the chinstrap.4. To verify the correct fit of your helmet, open your mouth with the helmeton and fastened. You should feel the strap pull on your chin.5. Try to move your helmet (after it is on, adjusted and buckled) side-to-sideand front to back. If the helmet moves considerably, tighten the strapsand adjustments. Make sure that the interchangeable protective padsare the right size for your head. The helmet should not move excessivelyin any direction. It should not be possible to take the helmet off withoutunfastening the buckles.6. If the fit of the helmet is not tight enough it may not prevent wounds incase of sliding.7. Verify all adjustments and make sure you put your helmet on correctlyevery time it is worn.Cleaning and maintenance• The helmet should be washed with soap and water. Rinse and let air dry.• If you notice cracks or abnormal stiffness in the molded plastic shell, youshould discard the helmet.• If you notice that the product is different from when originally purchased,discard the helmet.• If the helmet has received an impact the shock absorbing materials areno longer effective, the helmet should be discarded• The helmet should not be repaired or modified.Technical test• TRICKX products have undergone a number of tests to ensure that theproducts provide the highest level of protection possible.• TRICKX products are conform to laboratory test that conform to thedecree France No. 94-689 of Aug. 5 1994 and the European Directive89/686/EEC of December 21 ; 1989 and to the protocol CRITT.• TRICKX is not responsible for any problems with compatibility while usingother protection than TRICKX.PACKAGING• Original packagings are the most adapted for TRICKX protectionstransport.
