10-WR CR 125 - 2005 19-05-2004 17:58 Pagina 200CONTROLLO RAPPORTO DICOMPRESSIONEPer verificare se il rapporto dicompressione è corretto,procedere nel modo seguente .a) rimuovere dal basamento ilcilindro completo di testa;b) togliere il pistone dalla biella,pulirlo accuratamente, inserirlonel cilindro sino al contatto conil corrispondente profilo sullacamera di scoppio (anch'essapulita dalle incostrazioni).c) avvitare nel foro candela uncomparatore ed azzerarlo sullaposizione del pistone indicatanella figura A;d) togliere il pistone e rimontarlosulla biella lasciando avvitatosulla testa il comparatore;e) rimontare il cilindro completo ditesta interponendo sulbasamento la guarnizione conspessore 0,4 mm;f) portare il pistone al P.M.S. everificare la lettura sulcomparatore che dovrà essere:1,2 mm;g) in caso di lettura differente,ripristinare la condizionecorretta utilizzando unaguarnizione base cilindro dispessore adeguato.COMPRESSION RATIOCONTROLTo check if the compression ratiois correct, proceed as follows;a) remove the cylinder togetherwith the head from the block;b) remove the piston from theconnecting rod, properly cleanit, insert it in the cylinder till ittouches the correspondingprofile on the explosionchamber (this chamber toomust be free fromincrustations);c) screw a comparator in thesparking plug hole and reset iton the piston position asdecribed at fig. A;d) remove the piston andreassemble it on theconnecting rod;e) remount the cylinder togetherwith the head by placing a0.0157 in. gasket on the block;f) place the piston at the topdead center and control thereading on the comparator,which must be: 0.047;g) in case of different readings,reset the right condition byusing a cylinder base gaskethaving the right thickness.CONTROLE RAPPORT DECOMPRESSIONPour vérifier si le rapport decompression est correct, agir dela façon suivante:a) enlever du soubassement lecylindre avec les têtes;b) enlever le piston de la bielle, lenettoyer soigneusement,l'introduire dans le cylindrejusqu'au contact avec le profilcorrespondent sur la chambred'explosion (elle même doitêtre nettoyée);c) visser un comparateur dans lesiège de la bougie et leremettre à zéro sur la positiondu piston décrite au fig. A;d) enlever le piston et le remontersur la bielle;e) remonter le cylindre completde tête en interposant, sur lesoubassement, une garnitureavec épaisseur 0,4 mm;f) régler le piston au point mortsupérieur et vérifier que la lecturesur le comparateur soit : 1,2 mmg) en cas de lecture différente,restaurer la condition correcteen utilisant une garniture de labase du cylindre avec unépaisseur convenable.KONTROLLE DES VERDICHTUN-GSVERHÄLTNISSESUm zu überprüfen, ob dasVerdichtungsverhältnis korrekt ist,wie folgt vorgehen;a) den Zylinder mit den Köpfen vomKurbelgehäuse beseitigen;b) den Kolben von der Stangeabnehmen, ihn sorgfältig reinigen,ihn in den Zylinder einstecken, biszum Kontakt mit dementsprechenden Profil auf demVerdichtungsraum (ebenfalls vonden Verkrustungen gereinigt);c) Ein Komparator imZündkerzeloch einschrauben undes auf der Stellung, wie unter Fig.A beschrieben, nullen;d) den Kolben abnehmen und ihnauf der Stangewiederzusammenbauen;e) den Zylinder mit den Köpfendurch Zwischenlegen derDichtung mit 0,4 mm. Dicke aufdem Kurbelgehäusewiederzusammenbauen;f) den Kolben zum OT bringen undprüfen, dass der Wert auf demKomparator: 1,2 mm;g) Im Falle von verschiedenenWerten, die korrekte Lage beiVerwendung einer Dichtung fürZylinderbasis mit angemessenerDichte rückstellen.200
