9-WR CR 125 - 2005 20-05-2004 16:23 Pagina 176SPURGO IMPIANTO FRENANTEPOSTERIORELo spurgo dell'impianto frenantedeve essere effettuato quando, acausa della presenza di aria nelcircuito, la corsa del pedalediventa lunga ed elastica.Per effettuare lo spurgo operarenel modo seguente:- Rimuovere il coperchio delserbatoio, la membrana eriempire con fluido (DOT 4).- Applicare un tubettotrasparente in plastica sullavalvola di spurgo della pinza,ed inserire l'altra estremità deltubetto in un contenitore.- Abbassare completamente ilpedale.- Allentare la valvola di spurgolasciando fuoriuscire il fluido(all'inizio uscirà solamente aria),poi chiudere leggermente lavalvola.- Rilasciare il pedale edattendere qualche secondoprima di ripetere l'operazionesino a quando dal tubettouscirà solo fluido.- Bloccare la valvola di spurgoalla coppia prescritta econtrollare il livello del fluido nelserbatoio prima di rimontare ilcoperchio.REAR BRAKING SYSTEMBLEEDINGThe braking system must bebled when, due to air in thecircuit, the pedal stroke is longand spongy.To bleed the system:- Remove the reservoir coverrubber boot and top up with(DOT 4) brake fluid.- Attach a clear plastic hose tothe bleed valve on the caliperand turn the other end of thehose into a container.- Depress the pedal and keep itfull down.- Loosen the bleed union lettingout fluid (at first, only air willcome out), then, closing theunion slightly.- Release the pedal and wait fora few seconds before repeatingthe operation until only fluidcome out of the tube.- Close the bleed union to theprescribed torque and checkthe fluid level inside thereservoir before replacing thecap.CURAGE DU SYSTEME DEFREINAGE ARRIERELe curage du système defreinage doit être effectuélorsque, à cause de présenced’air dans le circuit, la course dulevier devienne longue etélastique.Opérer comme suit:- Enlever le couvercle duréservoir et la membrane, etremplir avec du nouveau fluide(DOT 4).- Appliquer un tuyau en plastiquetransparente sur la soupape decurage de l’étrier et introduirel’autre extrémité du tuyau dansune cuvette.- Baisser complètement lapédale.- Desserrer la soupape decurage en laissant couler lefluide (au débur seulement del’air ne sortira), ensuite, fermerun peu la soupape.- Relâcher la pédale et attendrequelques secondes avant derépéter l’opération, jusqu'à ceque seulement du fluide nesortira du tuyau.- Bloquer la soupape de curageà la couple de serrage prévueet contrôler le niveau du fluidedans le réservoir avant deremonter le couvercle.ENTLEERUNG HINTEREBREMSANLAGEDie Bremsanlage soll entleertwerden, wenn der Hebelhub langund elastisch wird, weil Luft imKreislauf vorhanden ist.Um die Anlage zu entleeren, wiefolgt vorgehen:- Behaeltersdeckel und Membranherausnehmen; Behaelter mitfrischer Fluessigkeit (DOT 4)fuellen.- Ein durchsichtigesKunststoffroerchen an dasZangenentleerungssventilanbringen und das andereRoerchenende in einenBehaelter einfuehren.- Fusshebel vollstaendigdruecken.- Das Entleerungsventillosmachen und Fluessigkeitabfliessen lassen (Am Anfangfliesst nur Luft ab); danachVentil ein wenig schliessen. -Fusshebel lueften und einwenig warten, bevor dieOperation zu wierderholen, bisnur Fluessigkeit aus dem Rohrabfliesst.- Entleerungsventil anziehen unddabei angegebenesDrehmoment beachten; bevorden Deckel zu montieren,Fluessigkeitsstand im Behaelterkontrollieren.176
