6-WR CR 125 - 2005 19-05-2004 17:36 Pagina 108CONTROLLO ANTICIPOACCENSIONEL’anticipo accensione èpredeterminato dal costruttoree deve essere verificatosolamente in caso disostituzione dei componentil’accensione o errato montaggiodel motore in fase diriassemblaggio.Per effettuare il controllo, èsufficiente verificare che ilriferimento riportato sulbasamento sia allineato conquello che si trova sullo statore(in corrispondenza del fissaggiosuperiore per i modelli “WR” oinferiore per i modelli “CR” ).Nel caso invece si fosserosostituiti i semicarters ènecessario ripristinare ilcorretto anticipo operandocome segue, senza rimontarelo statore;a) togliere la candela edinserire nella sua sede uncomparatore;b) montare l’apposito attrezzon° 2 pag. 242 sull’alberomotore e portare il pistone alpunto morto superioreazzerando il comparatore suquesta posizione.CHECKING THE SPARKADVANCEThe spark advance is factoryset and must be checked eitherwhen replacing its components,or whenever the engineassembly is inaccurate.For this check, make sure thatthe reference point stamped onthe base be aligned with theone stamped on the stator,(either matched with the upperfastening; for model “WR” orthe lower fastening for models“CR”).When replacing the halfcasings,reset the accuratespark advance as follows,without reassembling thestator:a) Remove the spark plug andintroduce a comparator intoits seat;b) Fit special tool cod. n° 2 pag.242 on the crankshaft andtake the piston to T.D.C. andzeroset the comparator inthis position.CONTROLE DE L’AVANCE AL’ALLUMAGEL’avance à l’allumage est préétablià l’usine et doit êtrecontrôlé lors du remplacementdes composants l’allumage, oulors d’un assemblage erroné dumoteur.Pour effectuer ce contrôle,vérifier que le point deréférence gravé sur lesoubassement soit aligné aveccelui gravé sur le stator (encorréspondance du fixagesupérieur pour les modles “WR”ou inférieur pour les modles“CR”).Au cas où les demi-cartersdoivent être remplacés, il faudrarétablir l’allumage correct enagissant comme suit sansreassembler le stator:a) Oter la bougie et insérerdans son siège uncomparateur;b) Monter l’outil spécial n° 2pag. 242 sur l’arbre moteuret porter le piston au P.M.H.,en retournant à zéro lecomparateur dans cetteposition.KONTROLLE DERZÜNDVORVERSTELLUNGDie Zündvorverstellung wirdvom Hersteller eingestellt undsoll kontrolliert nur dannwerden, wenn Teile derZündanlage ersetzt werdenoder der Motor beimWiederzusammensetzen falschmontiert wird. Zur Kontrollebraucht man sich nur zuvergewissern, dass der Bezugauf dem Kurbelgehäuse demBezug auf dem Statorentspricht (entsprechend deroberen Befestigun für Modelle“WR” der unteren Befestigungfür Modelle “CR”).Sind die Gehäusehälftenersetzt worden, dann ist esnotwendig, die korrekteZündvorverstellungwiederherzustellen; dazu wiefolgt vorgehen ohne den Statorwieder anzubrigen:a) die Kerze herausnehmenund einen Komparator inihren Sitz einführen;b) das dazu geeigneteWerkzeug n° 2 pag. 242 aufdie Antriebswelle montierenund den Kolben auf den O.T.bringen, indem derKomparator zu Null gesetztwird.108
