Die Verwendung von Stahl-Gleitprofilen erhöht die Verschleiß- undTemperaturbeständigkeit. Damit werdendem TS 2plus neue Anwendungsgebieteerschlossen.Die bewährten Profile SP 2/R-100eignen sich dabei vor allem für mittlerebis große Belastungen in einfachenAnlagenlayouts.Speziell für große Beanspruchungenund für besonders hohe Lastengeeignet, wurden die neuen robustenStreckenprofile SP 2/R-H fürStaurollenketten entwickelt. Nebeneinem kräftigeren Profilquerschnitt undVerbesserungen im Detail (integrierterKabelkanal) wird durch den Einsatzvon Edelstahl als Führungsprofildas System aufgewertet. EineAdapterplatte ermöglicht nicht nur eineoptisch ansprechende Verbindungder Streckenprofile SP 2/R-H mitden Antriebsstationen des TS 2plus,sondern sichert auch die Gleitprofile(Gleitführungen) zuverlässig gegenVerrutschen.•Sections can be individually configuredfor special requirements by selectingvarious section, glide, and guide profiles.Depending on the load spectrum ofthe conveyor medium, stainless steelor plastic glide profiles can be insertedin the section profile. Use of steel glideprofiles increases resistance to wear andtemperature, opening up new areas ofapplication for the TS 2plus.The proven SP 2/R-100 profiles areprimarily suitable for medium to highloads in simple system layouts.Especially suited for high strains andloads, the new, sturdy SP 2/R-Hsection profiles have been developedfor accumulator roller chains.
