Die Abdeckplatteist sowohl tagwasser-, als auch geruchsdichtund zusätzlich mit einer Diebstahlsicherungausgestattet.Der Betriebsverschluss (Klappe) ist ständiggeschlossen und öffnet selbsttätig beiabfließendem Wasser. Mit dem Notverschlusskann die Leitung durch Handbetätigungverschlossen werden.Der Deckel des Rückstauverschlusseskann ohne Werkzeug demontiert werden.Damit ist für leichte Zugänglichkeit sowieWartungen und Reinigung gesorgt.Nach Demontage des Deckels und derKlappe kann der Rückstauverschluss alsReinigungsrohr verwendet werden (freierRohrquerschnitt).Mit dem teleskopischen Aufsatzstück lässtsich Höhe und Niveau stufenlos an denfertigen Oberflächenendbelag angleichen.In Verbindung mit einem Zwischenstück(Best. Nr. 67500) ist jede erforderliche Einbautiefezu erreichen. Sowohl Aufsatz-, alsauch Zwischenstück können durch Absägenauf beliebige Höhe gekürzt werden.Die vollständige Dichtheit des Geräteswird durch die Abdichtung der einzelnenTeile gewährleistet.In Verbindung mit einem Tragerahmen ausKunststoff PVC (Best. Nr. 27180) ist derEUROFIX clausio ® bis 1,5 t befahrbar. BeiHeissbitumenbelag muss der Tragerahmenaus Guss (Best. Nr. 27181) verwendetwerden.Einbauhinweise• Anschließen der Rohrleitung (Abflußrichtungbeachten!)• Einbetten in Rohbeton• Beim Einbau des Grundkörpers mussnicht auf die Einbautiefe geachtet werden.Mit dem teleskopischen Aufsatzstückkann die Aufbauhöhe an denOberflächenendbelag stufenlos angeglichenwerden.ACHTUNG: Bei sich nachsenkendemoder setzendem Oberflächenbelaggenügend Abstand zwischen Aufsatzstückund Grundkörper lassen, damitsich das Aufsatzstück mit absenkenkann.• Zum vertieften Einbau Zwischenstückeverwenden.2

Het deksel is zowel water- alsstankdicht en extra voorzien van eenknevelbare afsluiting.De keerklep is permanent gesloten enopent zich automatisch bij de toevoer vanafvalwater. Met de noodvergrendeling kande leiding via handbediening wordengesloten. De deksel van de keerklep-unitkan zonder gereedschap verwijderdworden. Daarmee is gezorgd voor eenmakkelijke toegankelijkheid voor zowelonderhoud als reiniging.Na verwijdering van de deksels en dekeerklep kan de EUROFIX clausio ® alsontstoppingsstuk gebruikt worden (vrijedoorgang).Met het teleskopisch opzetstuk laat zichhoogte en niveau traploos aan het reedsbestaande oppervlak aanpassen. Samenmet een tussenstuk (Best. nr. 67500) isiedere gewenste inbouwdiepte te bereiken.Zowel opzet- als tussen-stuk kunnen doorafzagen naar goeddunken op de gewenstelengte afgekort worden.De volledige dichtheid van het hulpstukwordt door de afdichtingen van iederafzonderlijke deel gewaarborgd.Samen met een rand van kunststof PVC(Best. nr. 27180) is de EUROFIX clausio ®tot 1,5 ton wieldruk berijdbaar.Bij een wegdek van asfalt moet eengietijzeren rand toegepast worden (Best.nr. 27181).Inbouwvoorschriften• Aansluiting van de afvoerleiding• Storten in ruwbeton• Bij inbouw van het basiselement hoeftniet op de inbouwdiepte gelet worden.Met het teleskopische opzetstuk kan deopbouw traploos aan het oppervlakaangepast worden.LET OP: Bij later optredende grondzettingenvoldoende afstand tussenopzetstuk en basiselement houden, zodathet opzetstuk mee kan zakken.• Voor diepere inbouw tussenstukkengebruiken3

We are sure thatthis product, manufactured to the highestquality standards, will provide you withmany years of reliable service.ApplicationsWhen installed in continuous pipe systems,the EUROFIX clausio ® non-return valvereliably counters the potential backfloweffect of effluent in the event of backwater.It should always be kept fully operationaland must always be easily accessible.Technical descriptionThe EUROFIX clausio ® non-return valve ismade of non-corroding, impact-resistantplastic. The cover is both water and odourtight, and also has an anti-theft device.The service valve (gate) is normally closed,opening automatically when effluent isdischarged. The line can be closedmanually at the emergency gate.The cover of the non-return valve can bedismantled without any tools, provided it iseasily accessible, properly maintained andcleaned.With the cover and gate dismantled, thenon-return valve can be used as a cleanout(tube diameter unobstructed).The height and level can be adjustedsteplessly to the final ground level via thevertically adjustable upper section. Inconjunction with an intermediate section(Order No. 67500), any desired installationdepth can be reached. Both the upper andintermediate sections can be cut off to thedesired height.The system is guaranteed to be leak-proofsince each individual component is sealed.In conjunction with a PVC plastic supportframe (Order No. 27180), vehiclesweighing up to 1.5 tons can drive over theEUROFIX clausio ® if installed beneath ahot-bitumen surface, the cast iron supportframe (Order No. 27181) must be used.Notes on installation• Connect up the pipe (noting direction ofeffluent flow).• Embed in concrete.• The installation depth of the basic unit isnot critical. The final ground level can bereached with the aid of the verticallyadjustable upper section.IMPORTANT:if the surface is expected tosettle, ensure that there is sufficient spacebetween the upper section and basic unitso that the upper section can settle alongwith with surface.• Use intermediate sections for deeperinstallation.6
