Die Dichtheit desVentilabschlusses entspricht mindestensder VDI/VDE-Richtlinie 2174.Das Überströmventil ist vakuumfest.Bei druckloser Rohrleitung ist das Ventildurch die Ventilfeder geschlossen. SteigenderVordruck wirkt auf das Membran-Federsystem.An der Membrane aus PTFE oder Vitonsteht der zu regelnde Vordruck imGleichgewicht mit der Kraft der Ventilfeder(Sollwert). Steigt der Vordruck über den ander Verstellschraube eingestellten Sollwertan, beginnt das Ventil zu öffnen.
