PUCA - Réemploi et reconfiguration thermique des fenêtres en fin de viePARTIE 1Résumé : The paper describes the status of the energy saving reconstruction of existing buildingsexternal window at home and abroad. on the base of analyzing the heat transfer characteristics andthe factors influencing on energy saving of building windows. Effective measures of energy savingreconstruction for existing building windows were established, and these measures includeimprovement of seal of window, change window sash, increase the window sash, posted on energysavingmembrane in the window, replaced by energy saving window. Energy saving effect of thesemeasures were analyzed. It could be considered as the useful reference for renovation design ofsimilar projects. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.Mots-clés : Energy saving reconstruction; Existing building; External WINDOW; Measures analysisEffective measures; Energy-saving effect; Heat transfer characteristics; Measures analysis; Buildingmaterials; Civil engineering; Energy conservation; WindowsLiu J., Zhao X.Applied Mechanics and Materials, vol. 178-181, N°, 2012, pp.127-130, Liu J., Zhao X.Source interne à FCBA : base de données Scopus4.29 – LAP SHEAR TESTS ON ADHESIVE BONDS OF HISTORIC IRON AND MILD STEELRésumé : Putty has been used for ages to seal the connection between glass plates and glazing barsin window frames or iron and glass roofs. Nowadays, putty can be replaced by adhesive, to make thetwo materials structurally work together. To gain insight in the structural behaviour, this articleexamines the magnitude of the stresses that can be transmitted between glass panels and historiciron which are bonded with modern adhesive. Experiments on single-lap joints were carried out todetermine the influence of parameters, specific for renovation, on the shear strength. The materialof the substrate (modern construction steel/19th century mild steel), its surface roughness (obtainedby grit blasting) and its treatment (application of zinc-phosphate epoxy paint) were tested. Allsubstrates were bonded with an MS polymer adhesive. The experiments demonstrated that avariation in surface roughness has a small effect on the average shear strength, which is positive forthe renovation practice. However, the time period between grit blasting and bonding/applying apaint layer seemed crucial. © Ernst & Sohn Verlag für Architektur und technischeWissenschaften GmbH & Co.
