HeatSeal 100: Push the switch to “Hot.”HeatSeal 200/300: Select either 3 mil or5 mil setting to match the thickness of thepouch being used. Slide the power switchto “On.” The inside of the machine willglow red when the laminator reacheslamination temperature.2. Center the item to be laminated into aGBC laminating pouch, so that theborders are even on all sides.3. Insert the pouch with the item, sealededgefirst, into the carrier that is includedwith each carton of GBC pouches.Position the sealed edge of the pouchagainst the inside folded edge of thecarrier.4. Insert the carrier and its contents straightinto the machine, leading with the foldededge. Handle carriers carefully so thatthey can be reused.5. The laminated item will automatically exitthe rear of the pouch laminator. After thepouch has stopped moving, place thecarrier on a flat surface to cool for oneminute before removing the finishedpouch.6.
