UNE USINE-PAYSAGEPour réussir son intégration citadine, Seine Morée sera construite comme unpaysage. Sur un socle de pierre de 2,5 hectares : des bâtiments compactset entièrement couverts, constitués de murs et de toits végétalisés, deplans d’eau naturalisés, de gabions de pierres et de béton poli. Un partipris architectural qui souligne l’exigence environnementale de préserverla population riveraine et son cadre de vie.>UNE USINE ÉCO-RESPONSABLEPour maîtriser ses besoins en énergie et sa consommation d’eau, SeineMorée sera équipée des nouvelles techniques de construction compatiblesà une éco-gestion responsable de son activité : panneaux solaires pourla production d’eau chaude ; pompe à chaleur pour la climatisation ;récupération des eaux de pluie, réutilisation d’une partie de l’eau traitéepour le nettoyage des équipements et l’arrosage des espaces paysagers.Un récupérateur de chaleur permettra également de chauffer 350 logementsde l’OPHLM d’Aulnay-sous-Bois.
