Introduction
Le groupe CASAIS est présent en Algérie depuis 2012, suivant une
politique d´internationalisation qui à démarrer ça fait plus de 20 ans.
Le groupe est présent actuellement dans 12 pays et 4 continents.
Après une étude du marché Algérien et avec une présence constante
dans le pays, nous avons constaté l´énorme potentiel pour
notre domaine d´activité et nous avons choisi l´Algérie comme un
des pays stratégiques pour le développement et croissance du
Groupe Casais.
Résultat de notre présence et participation en plusieurs soumissions,
nous avons eu notre premier contrat en février 2012 et maintenant
nous comptons déjà avec 4 contrats en cours d´exécution.
The CASAIS Group is present in Algeria since 2012, following an
internationalization policy that started 20 years ago. The group has
presence in 12 countries and 4 continents.
After a study of the Algerian market and with a constant presence in
the country, we saw the huge potential for our business and we chose
Algeria as a strategic country for our development and growth.
Result of our presence and participation in several bids, we had our
first contract in February 2012, and now we have already have four
more contracts in progress.

La stratégie de la société dans le marché algérien, passe pour
donner une réponse professionnelle et de qualité aux promoteurs
algériens, donnent une prestation de A à Z pour leurs projets. Avec
une politique de rigueur dans les délais convenus, nous pensons
pouvoir marquer la différence et répondre aux besoins des entrepreneurs,
de plus en plus exigeants.
Les marchés publics internationaux, sont aussi un intérêt pour
notre groupe, étant que l’année prochaine et suite à une sélection
rigoureuse, ont sera près pour être soumissionner d´une façon plus
concurrentiels et métriser mieux les procédures.
The strategy of the company in the Algerian market consists in
giving a professional and quality response to Algerian developers,
providing a complete service for their projects. With firm policy measures
regarding the agreed deadlines, we believe to make a difference
and meet the needs of the increasingly demanding contractors.
International public contracts are also our interest. Therefore, in the
next year, following a rigorous selection, we will be improved with
more competitive proposals and more accurate procedures.

Tous nos projets en Algérie, comptons avec une équipe expatrie
de cadres expérimentés et nous avons déjà entamé une politique
de recrutement de cadres et ouvriers algériens. Notre objectif, est
d´avoir une intégration pleine des nos collaborateurs soient Portugais
ou Algériens.
Nous allons parier dans la formation de notre personnel algérien et
profiter de nos cadres Portugais sur le territoire algérien pour développer
le plus possible leurs capacités. Nous sommes convaincus
d´être la façon correct d´avoir succès dans le pays, une « recette »
déjà adopté dans des autres marchés où nous opérons.
To execute all our projects in Algeria we count on with a team of
experienced expatriates and we have already started a recruitment
policy of Algerian executive and operational workers. Our
goal is to promote a full integration of both our Portuguese Algerians
and employees.
We will bet in the training our Algerian staff and benefit from the
know how of our Portuguese executives working in Algerian territory
to develop their abilities as much as possible. Considering the
strategy adopted in other markets, we firmly believe this “recipe”
will also lead us to success in this country.
