PAG. 20/24 CHAP. 5 REV. A ATTENTION: Make sure that the coupling is closed, i.e. the coupling pin (3) is down. Unthread the security group (25), see chapter 7 DISPOSAL page 22/24; Lubricate the sliding surface of the security pin (8) with a thin layer of grease; Screw the complete new security group tightening it with a torque of 300 Nm using the threadlock (loctite 243). 8 25

A The coupling shall be cleaned after every service with or without the trailer attached and after every repairing or maintenance operation; The coupling shall be cleaned also before use after a long period out of use; Keep the opening and closing handle clean, free from oily or greasy substances in order to avoid risks when opening and closing the coupling; 4) Clean the coupling with high pressure air jet directed on to and around the coupling pin. Open the coupling (see point 1 in chapter 3.1. COUPLING UP, page 09/24) and direct the air jet towards the coupling pin (3) and the release latch (4). High pressure water cleaning is not recommended other than around the coupling pin
