Verzahnung
Zentralritzel und Planetenräder sind geradverzahnt,
im Einsatz gehärtet und korrekturgeschliffen.
Hohlräder sind überwiegend hochvergütet, je
nach Größe gestoßen oder geschliffen. Kegelräder
sind einsatzgehärtet, je nach Größe geläppt,
HPG-verzahnt oder geschliffen. Die Stirnräder
und Stirnradwellen der Vorstufen sind schrägverzahnt,
im Einsatz gehärtet und korrekturgeschliffen.
Die Verzahnungen sind für die angegebenen
Nenndrehmomente dauerfest ausgelegt.
Somit können die Zähne bei korrekten Anwendungsfaktoren
theoretisch unendlich oft belastet
werden.
In Einsatzfällen mit variablen Drehmomenten
aber konstanter Drehzahl erfolgt die Getriebeauslegung
auf der Basis des sogenannten
äquivalenten Drehmomentes. (Beispiel Seiten
11 + 17)
Für bestimmte Anwendungen kann eine zeitfeste
Auslegung des Getriebes ausreichend sein.
Dazu gehören zum Beispiel sporadischer Einsatz
(Schleusenantriebe) oder geringe Abtriebsdrehzahlen
(n 2 < 4 min -1 ).
Zur Überprüfung der richtigen Auswahl und für
die sorgfältige Berechnung der Lebensdauer –
in Kenntnis der präzisen Anwendungsfaktoren –
For careful selection of suitable PLANUREX
planetary gear units please observe the details
given in this brochure.
PLANUREX planetary gear units are reliable
drive components for the use in different industrial
sectors.
Appropriate economical design solutions proved
themselves under different operating conditions.
A fine-progression series covers a nominal
torque range between 22,000 and 2,600,000 Nm.
The modular design permits standardization of
many basic components, including both planetary
gear stages and housing parts as well as
input side and output side components.
Thus, complexity is reduced and manufacture in
economical lot sizes is made possible at high
quality standards.
A team of planning and design engineers makes
sure that optimum solutions with regard to technology
and efficiency are quickly realized for
customer requirements which cannot be met
with the standard product range.
Description:
Types and transmission ratios
The representations on pages 3 and 4 illustrate
possible standard types and the respective transmission
ratio ranges.
For actual ratios, see pages 39 - 41.
Gear unit combinations / Industry-specific
applications
A choice of possible gear unit combinations is set
out on pages 19 + 20.
Industry-specific applications to customer requirements
are illustrated on page 21.
Housing
Heavily loaded housing parts are made out of
spheroidal graphite cast iron, all other parts are
out of grey cast iron. Other materials on request
Gear teeth
Sun and planet gears have spur gear teeth and
are case-hardened and ground. Annulus gears
are mostly quenched and tempered and shaped
or ground, depending upon size. Bevel gears
are case-hardened and, depending upon size,
lapped, HPG-cut or ground. The gears and gear
shafts of the primary gear stages have helical
teeth and are case-hardened and ground.
The gear teeth are designed to be long-life
fatigue-resistant for the stated nominal torques.
The teeth can thus, if the application factors are
correct, theoretically be placed under load as
often as required.
In cases of applications, where the torque is variable
but the speed constant the gear unit can be
designed on the basis of the so-called equivalent
torque (an example is given on pages 11 + 17).
A gear unit design which is finite-life fatigue-resistant
can be sufficient for certain applications,
for example, sporadic operation (lock-gate
drives) or low output speeds (n 2 < 4 min -1 ).
We would be pleased to help you check whether
your selection is correct and to calculate the precise
service life, in so far as the precise application
factors are known.
