Fur Harvesters Auctions Inc’s final sale of the season concluded with results in line with our past May 09 auction. June had a few
surprises as beaver advanced over May, and clearances on most articles were better than expected. This concludes what everyone in the
fur trade considered a most trying troublesome season. As the world financial crisis took hold in the beginning of the 08/09 fur season and
carried thru to the end , our industry like most commodity industries looks forward to a upturn by early fall. As oil prices rise and global
confidence is beginning to return we remain optimistic by fall 2009 the outlook for wild fur will improve. We have all seen this before
and will again. As for this moment we wish to thank you all for your continued support and wish each and everyone a safe and relaxing
summer. Until next season keep the faith.
