Les prix de vente au détail sont mentionnés à titre indicatif sur le tarif et peuvent changer sans préavis. Les prix facturés
sont ceux du tarif en vigueur le jour de la facturation.
Toute commande doit être clairement stipulée : numéro de cotage ou référence, nom du compositeur, titre de l’ouvrage,
formation instrumentale. Les ventes sont payables au comptant, sans escompte.
La musique n’est ni reprise, ni échangée. Les retours non expressément autorisés par nos Services seront refusés et retournés
à l’envoyeur à ses frais. Aucun retour ne peut être accepté pour des expéditions conformes à la commande.
Les articles manquants sont automatiquement pris en reliquat pour une durée de 3 mois et expédiés dès que possible, sauf
indication contraire du client.Les commandes peuvent être expédiées par poste ou transporteur, les frais de port et d’emballage
étant à la charge du destinataire.
Les marchandises voyagent aux risques et périls du destinataire auquel il appartient en cas de retard ou d’avarie de faire
toutes les contestations nécessaires auprès du transporteur ou des services postaux.
En application de la loi du 12 mai 1980 N° 80-335, la marchandise demeure notre propriété jusqu’au paiement intégral de
toutes les sommes dues par l’acheteur.
En cas de litige, les Tribunaux de Paris sont seuls compétents.

Our export prices are provided as an indication and are subject to change. Prices are invoiced on the basis of the price list
applicable on the invoice date.
Every order must clearly state: reference number, composer’s name, title of the musical work, instruments.
Our goods are payable cash upon receipt of the invoice and without any discount.
The goods shall neither be taken back or exchanged unless, following checks, we have established that any error in the
processing of the order was ours.
Missing items are automatically back ordered during 3 months and shipped as soon as possible, unless customer otherwise
indicated.
Orders could be sent by post or carrier, shipping and packing charges are at consignee’s charge.
Wherever the buyer requests such goods be shipped, they shall be carried at the consignee’s own risk. The consignee shall
make it his business to lodge all claims as may be necessary with the transporter or Post Office in case of damage or delay.
We expressly retain ownership of the goods delivered until the full payment of its price in principal and in interest, even in
the event of a postponement of maturity date.
The place of fulfillment of the obligations incumbent upon both parties is always our head office, regardless of the payment
or delivery methods.
All litigations directly or indirectly resulting from the present contract fall within the competence of the Courts of Paris
which alone enternain jurisdiction and the regardless of the method of payment and even of several defendants and an
impleader.
The contract is governed by French law alone
