PROJECT GRADUATION PERMISSION FORM FOR ABSEGAMI GRADUATE
PARTICIPATION
• Permission to attend is contingent on the approval by AHS administration.
• The Absegami senior must be a participant in the graduation ceremony AND have no outstanding discipline, financial or attendance
obligations.
• Approval form(s) must be fully completed.
• Absegami Administrative Approvals must be obtained before purchase of tickets. Forms due no later than June 5, 2013.
ARRIVAL
• AHS STUDENTS MUST BRING THEIR SCHOOL ID and ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE PHOTO ID to be admitted.
• All students/guests must arrive by 12 midnight. Absolutely no one will be admitted after that time.
• All participants will be greeted upon their arrival at the high school.
o All students and guests will be required to take a passive breathalyzer test to determine if they have consumed alcohol.
o The Galloway Township Police Department will be contacted for anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs and parents will be
required to escort these students home.
o Other consequences, including criminal complaints, may arise.
CODE OF CONDUCT
• All District policies and rules will be in force for both the Absegami graduates and guests.
• No containers of any kind or type will be allowed to be brought into the building - No backpacks, book bags, gym bags are allowed.
• There will be absolutely NO SMOKING permitted on the grounds or in the building.
• Participants are not required to stay. However, once a participant leaves, he/she will not be re-admitted.
TICKETS
• Guests must also have this permission form completed and returned before the purchase of a ticket. Permission forms due for approval no
later than June 5, 2013.
• Tickets will be sold during Senior Week - June, 11, 12, 13, and 14 , 2013
• Project Graduation: Price per ticket is $15.00 until June 13, 2013; on Graduation day the price per ticket is $20.00.
• ABSOLUTELY NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT GRADUATION OR AT THE DOOR. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
GUESTS
• AHS Graduating seniors (Project Graduation) are permitted ONE guest only.
• Permission to attend is contingent on the approval by AHS administration.
• All guests must be between the ages of 14 and 20. No middle school students are permitted to attend.
• To initiate approval by Absegami administration the guest permission form (separate form) must be signed by the guest, their parents and
their high school administration. Absegami administration will review these requests as a part of the decision to approve/deny guest
participation.
• No outside guests will be approved to attend after June 5, 2013.
• The guest must arrive with the AHS Student who sponsors them. No changes to guests will be made at the door.
o The AHS Student is responsible for their guest. If a problem arises concerning the guest during Project Graduation, both the guest
and the AHS Student will be asked to leave.
