Der Bohrkopf
Der 4x4 nutzt die Synergie
des KVS-Bohrers und des 4x2-
Bohrers. Er bietet eine optimale
symmetrische Kopfgeometrie
mit 4 Vollhartmetallschneiden.
Dadurch läuft der
4x4 extrem vibrationsarm
und hakt bei Armierungstreffern
nicht ein.
Die einteilige Vollhartmetallplatte
wird über eine maximale
Verbindungsfläche optimal
in den Stahlkörper eingebettet.
So bilden Kopf und
Spirale eine Einheit – besonders
wenn es gilt Stösse und
Torsionskräfte zu kompensieren.
Darüber hinaus schafft
die spezielle Kopfgeometrie
kreisrunde Bohrlöcher und
bleibt dadurch dübeltauglich
bei maximaler Standzeit.
Die Spirale
Die echte 4-spiralige Wendelgeometrie
verteilt die Belastungen
optimal auf alle Spiralen.
Dadurch wird ein
vibrationsarmes Bohrverhalten
erreicht; bei gleichbleibend hoher
Leistung über die gesamte
lange Lebensdauer hinweg. Die
vier grossvolumigen Förderwendeln
schaffen das Bohrmehl
schnell aus dem Bohrloch.
Die aussergewöhliche Effizienz
des 4x4 verbindet sich so mit
gleichbleibend geringem Verschleiss.
Hochwertiger Spezialstahl
macht ihn extrem biegebruchsicher.
Die spezielle Oberflächenbehandlung
erhöht die
Widerstandsfähigkeit zusätzlich.

Le 4x4 est la synthèse du foret
KVS et du foret 4x2. Elle
est symétrique et posséde 4
taillants carbure de haute
qualité. Le 4x4 réduit les vibrations
et ne se bloque pas
s´il rencontre tangentiellement
du métal. La pastille
cabure est monobloc, 4 taillants
symétriques en croix
(90°/180°); elle est totalement
intégrée dans le corps du foret.
La tête et l´hélice sont
alors totalement solidaires,
garantissant une absorption
optimale des chocs. La technologie
du foret permet de
percer des trous parfaitement
cylindriques, permettant ainsi
aux chevilles d’être facilement
introduites.
L’hélice
La technologie des 4 hélices
permet une répartition des
charges d’une manière égale
sur toutes les spirales. Ceci
permet un perçage avec des
vibrations minimes et maintient
une haute performance
pendant toute la durée de vie
du foret . Les quatre spirales
évacuent les débris de manière
rapide, le 4x4 atteint
alors une efficacité exceptionelle
et une usure fortement
réduite. L’acier utilisé de
haute qualité et l’alliage particulier
renforcent sa capacité
de résistance et le rendent
pratiquement incassable.
The head
The 4x4 uses synergy of KVS

not seize up on hitting reinforcing
steel. The one-piece
carbide tip is embedded in the
steel body in a manner making
the utmost use of a generous
interfacing surface
area. In this way, the head and
flutes from a unit, a particularly
important asset when
there is a need to compensate
for impacts and torsional
forces. Moreover, the special
head geometry produces precisely
circular drill holes and,
as a result, combinnes the ability
to drill holes for anchor fixings
with outstanding longevity
(ideal for direct installations).
The flute
The genuine four-fluted spiral
geometry ensures that the
work load is equally distributed
over all the flutes. As a result,
drilling produces low vibrations,
while the high performance
remains undiminished
over the entire life of the
drill bit. The four flutes remove
the drilling debris rapidly
from the drill hole. The
4x4 combines exceptional efficiency
with low wear. High
grade special steel makes it
particularly insusceptible to
bending fractures. The special
surface treatment also increases
its all round resistance.
