MAINTENANCE
II.1.3.1
Internal Unit
II.1.1
TRANSPORT AND HANDLING
DANGER!
The unit must be handled carefully by qualified
personnel trained to perform these operations.
Incorrect handling could cause damage the unit and
persons.
When handling air conditioning units, avoid knocks or falls that could
damage them.
Units are shipped with standard packaging consisting of expanded
polystyrene shells and cardboard. Do not tread on the packaging. Do
not leave the packages loose during transport.
The unit should be lifted and moved
by at least 2 people.
The packed machine can be handled/lifted by means of the slots in the
cardboard box. Movement of the unit should be performed with care, in
order to avoid damage to the external structure and to the internal
mechanical and electrical components. Handles are provided for lifting
the unpacked unit. Never over turn the pack.
SAFEGUARD THE ENVIRONMENT!
Dispose of the packaging materials in compliance
with the national or local legislation in force in your
country.
DANGER!
Do not leave the packaging within reach of children.
II.1.2
STORAGE
Air conditioning units should be stored in rooms that prevent exposure
to bad weather, with the packs closed.
Install the unit so that the air flow does not arrive directly onto persons.
Be careful when placing packs on top of one another, checking the
position of the arrow on the pack in order to know the number of
stackable machines.
II.1.3
CLEARANCE DISTANCES
Install the unit far from heat sources and any element that could
prejudice the normal air flow.
The units must be positioned in compliance with the recommended
clearance distances.
