2) Les tumeurs superficielles de vessie :
Dans les tumeurs récidivantes et réfractaires un protocole de chimiothérapie
endovésicale (Gemcitabine) est en cours d’élaboration en collaboration avec le service
de pharmacologie de l’Hôpital Henri Mondor pour la pharmacocinétique (Pr Macquin-
Favier).
IV ) Les cancers du rein :
Dans le cancer du rein, les métastases sont réfractaires à la chimiothérapie.
L’immunothérapie est restée jusqu’à tout récemment, un traitement palliatif.
