1) Traitement chirurgical :<br />
- Orchidectomie<br />
- Curage ganglionnaire : inguino-iliaque et lomboaortique rétropéritonéal<br />
(chirurgie ouverte, laparoscopie).<br />
2) Chimiothérapie :<br />
- Chimiothérapie : BEP = prophylaxie ou traitement des stades métastatiques.<br />
3) Radiothérapie :<br />

4) Soins palliatifs des patients en fin de vie.<br />
