Le COMITE STRATEGIQUE<br />
est l’instance de pilotage<br />
du groupe pour toute décision relative à la stratégie,<br />
l’évolution du modèle économique, la question des<br />
équilibres financiers. Afin d’améliorer la gouvernance<br />
de la société, ce comité stratégique est composé d’administrateurs<br />
représentant les actionnaires mais aussi<br />
d’administrateurs indépendants afin de favoriser un<br />
pilotage du groupe avec une grande hauteur de vue.<br />
