Les <strong>implants</strong> de la gamme TroKadero ® reprennent les concepts issus de<br />

The <strong>implants</strong> in the TroKadero ® range are based on<br />
concepts deriving from known and recognised<br />
mechanical principles to offer surgeons and patients<br />
a simple and optimal solution, having demonstrated<br />
its reliability in over 35 years' clinical experience.<br />
La collerette équatoriale crantée, dont le<br />
diamètre est le repère de taille de l’implant,<br />
joue un rôle important dans la stabilité de ce<br />
dernier. En effet, elle assure l’évacuation de<br />
l’excès de ciment grâce à ses encoches, ainsi<br />
que la pressurisation de celui-ci.<br />
The crimped equatorial flange, of which the diameter indicates<br />
the implant size, plays an important role in the stability of the <strong>cup</strong>.<br />
It ensures evacuation of excess cement, via the recesses, and<br />
pressurisation of the cement.<br />
Les repères radiologiques métalliques méridien et<br />
équatorial permettent de vérifier radiologiquement le<br />
bon positionnement de l’implant et de contrôler<br />
l’usure du PE en postopératoire.<br />
The metal meridian and equatorial radiological<br />
markings make it possible to verify the<br />
correct position of the implant radiologically<br />
and to control PE wear postoperatively.<br />
Les rainures concentriques rétentives<br />
bidirectionnelles favorisent la pénétration et<br />
la répartition uniforme du ciment, ainsi que<br />

Les cotyles à cimenter<br />
TroKadero ® sont réalisés<br />
en polyéthylène à haut poids<br />
moléculaire UHMWPE obtenu à<br />
partir de barres thermocompressées.<br />
Les repères radiologiques sont réalisés en acier inoxydable 316L.<br />
TroKadero ® cemented <strong>acetabular</strong> <strong>cup</strong>s are made of ultra high molecular weight<br />
polyethylene (UHMWPE) produced from thermocompressed bars. The radiological<br />
markings are made of stainless steel 316 L.<br />
La gamme de cotyles TroKadero ® permet de s’adapter à<br />
l’ensemble des variations morphologiques, tout en conservant<br />
un nombre d’<strong>implants</strong> réduit.<br />
Les cotyles TroKadero ® sont disponibles en 11 tailles<br />
pour le diamètre articulaire de 22.2mm et en 8 tailles pour<br />
le diamètre articulaire de 28mm. La taille de l’implant<br />
correspond au diamètre de la collerette périphérique (D1).<br />

TroKadero ® <strong>acetabular</strong> <strong>cup</strong>s are available in 11 sizes for a 22.2mm joint diameter<br />
