Abagize Komite ncungabikorwa n’umutungo
ku rwego rw’Ishami ry’ubwisungane bafite
inshingano zikurikira :
1° gukurikirana imikorere y’Ishami
ry’ubwisungane mu kwivuza;
2° kwemeza ingengo y’imari y’Ishami
ry’ubwisungane mu kwivuza;
3° kwemeza inkunga, impano
n’indagano;
4° gutanga icyerekezo cy’ibikorwa na
gahunda y’imikorere;
5° kugirana amasezerano n’ ibigo bitanga
ibikorwa by’ubuvuzi na za farumasi;
6° kwemeza igenamigambi ry’ibikorwa
by’ishami ry’ubwisungane mu
kwivuza;
It comprises the following members:
1° the Chairperson;
2° the Vice-chairperson;
3° the Secretary;
4° two (2) Counselors from each Sector whose
members of the population receive treatment
at a health center from which the branch
operates
Article 21: Responsibilities of members of the
management and property Committee
The members of the management and property
committee at the level of each branch of mutual
health insurance scheme shall have the following
duties:
1° ensuring the functioning of the mutual health
insurance scheme branch;
2° approving the budget of the mutual health
insurance scheme branch;
3° approving grants, donations and legacies;
4° providing a strategic vision and the plan of
action;
5° concluding contracts with medical care
institutions and pharmacies;
6° approving the strategic plan of the branch of
the mutual health insurance scheme;
Il est composé de membres suivants :
1° un Président ;
2° un Vice-Président ;
3° un Secrétaire ;
4° deux (2) Conseillers issus de chaque
Secteur ayant la population qui se fait
soigner au Centre de santé auprès duquel
opère la section de la mutuelle de santé.
Article 21: Attributions des membres du
Comité de gestion administrative et financière
Les membres du Comité de gestion
administrative et financière au niveau de chaque
section de la mutuelle de santé ont les
attributions suivantes :
1° assurer le suivi du fonctionnement de la
section de mutuelle de santé ;
2° adopter le budget de la section de mutuelle
de santé ;
3° approuver les subventions, dons et legs ;
4° déterminer la vision stratégique et le plan
d’action ;
5° conclure le contrat de service médical avec
les établissements de santé et les
pharmacies ;
6° approuver le plan d’action de la section de
mutuelle de santé ;
