Haulotte Group SA has given a warranty limited to a certain percentage of the sales volume generated by financial institutions that
lease Haulotte Group S.A. platforms to their final customers. The amounts as off-balance sheet commitments include the share of lease
payments outstanding by end customers for which Haulotte Group SA has stood guarantee. The breakdown is as follows :
- K€1 091 given to Haulotte Polska
- K€15 913 given to Haulotte Ibérica
- K€3 165 given to Haulotte UK
- K€15 given to Haulotte GMBH
- K€202 given to Haulotte Netherlands
- K€4 912 given to Haulotte USA
