IV-2-4 Eff<strong>et</strong>s <strong>de</strong>s régimes sur la réponse proliférative <strong>de</strong>s thymocytes Dans la littérature, il a été rapporté que l’eff<strong>et</strong> inhibiteur <strong>de</strong>s aci<strong>de</strong>s gras présents dans les régimes lipidiques sur la réponse proliférative peut être perdu quand les cellules sont cultivées dans un milieu contenant du sérum <strong>de</strong> veau fœtal au lieu du sérum autologue (Yaqoob <strong>et</strong> Cal<strong>de</strong>r, 1995). Afin d’étudier l’influence du sérum, nous avons comparé la réponse proliférative <strong>de</strong> thymocytes prélevés chez le même rat <strong>et</strong> cultivés soit en présence <strong>de</strong> sérum <strong>de</strong> veau fœtal, soit en présence <strong>de</strong> sérum autologue, en utilisant 5 rats par groupe <strong>de</strong> régime. L’analyse <strong>de</strong>s résultats montre que la réponse proliférative aux mitogènes <strong>de</strong>s thymocytes <strong>de</strong> rat est la même quelle que soit la nature du sérum utilisé dans le milieu <strong>de</strong> culture (F=0,58, non significatif) (Tableau XXI). Pour <strong>de</strong>s raisons pratiques, le sérum <strong>de</strong> veau fœtal a donc été utilisé dans tous les tests <strong>de</strong> prolifération durant c<strong>et</strong>te étu<strong>de</strong>. La prolifération cellulaire est mesurée par un test colorimétrique comme décrit dans Matériels <strong>et</strong> Métho<strong>de</strong>s. Les valeurs représentent la moyenne ± SEM <strong>de</strong> 5 expériences réalisées en 6 exemplaires avec 5 rats différents par régime. Les résultats sont évalués par une analyse <strong>de</strong> variance à 2 voies. Eff<strong>et</strong> <strong>de</strong>s régimes : F = 2,96, P=0,02 ; eff<strong>et</strong> du sérum : F = 0,58, NS En absence <strong>de</strong> mitogène, la viabilité cellulaire <strong>de</strong>s thymocytes est similaire quel que soit le régime administré (résultats non montrés). En présence <strong>de</strong> ConA, les thymocytes isolés à partir <strong>de</strong>s rats du groupe tournesol ont une réponse proliférative plus élevée que celle observée chez les animaux <strong>de</strong>s groupes Olive, Argan <strong>et</strong> noix <strong>de</strong> coco (P
