Le premier changement significatif entre le spectre IRTF d’un ciment anhydre et celui d’un ciment hydraté est l’augmentation conséquente de la bande de l’eau à 3440 cm -1 , liée à la présence de produits hydratés. L’hydratation des silicates de calcium (C 2 S et C 3 S) qui entraîne la formation des C-S-H peut être détectée par le déplacement des bandes à 935 cm -1 et 991 cm -1 à la bande à 970 cm -1 . Cette modification est liée au changement d’environnement de la liaison Si-O des C 2 S et C 3 S en C-S-H. Le doublet du gypse à 1116 et 1135 cm -1 disparaît pour laisser place à un pic unique à 1120 cm -1 attribué à l’ettringite. Pour les ciments sulfoalumineux, l’hydratation de la yeelimite conduit à la formation d’ettringite et de gel d’hydroxyde d’aluminium AH 3 dont la bande principale est située entre 1017 et 1023 cm -1 . 5.2.2 Spectrométrie infrarouge à transformée <strong>de</strong> Fourier (IRTF)<br />
Par la spectrométrie infrarouge à transformée <strong>de</strong> Fourier, le suivi <strong>de</strong> l’hydratation <strong>de</strong>s <strong>ciment</strong>s<br />
peut être effectué [ 71 ] et permet d’i<strong>de</strong>ntifier certains pro<strong>du</strong>its mal cristallisés ou présents en faible<br />
quantité, et donc non détectables <strong>par</strong> la diffraction <strong>de</strong>s rayons X. Le premier changement significatif<br />
entre le spectre IRTF d’un <strong>ciment</strong> anhydre et celui d’un <strong>ciment</strong> hydraté est l’<strong>au</strong>gmentation<br />
conséquente <strong>de</strong> la ban<strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong> l’e<strong>au</strong> à 3440 cm -1 , liée à la présence <strong>de</strong> pro<strong>du</strong>its hydratés. L’hydratation<br />
<strong>de</strong>s silicates <strong>de</strong> calcium (C 2 S et C 3 S) qui entraîne la formation <strong>de</strong>s C-S-H peut être détectée <strong>par</strong> le<br />
déplacement <strong>de</strong>s ban<strong>de</strong>s à 935 cm -1 et 991 cm -1 à la ban<strong>de</strong> à 970 cm -1 . Cette modification est liée <strong>au</strong><br />
