of the Kurdistan Worker' s<br />

southeastern city of Siirt, more<br />
than 100 people were arrested<br />
in the celebrations. Batman also<br />
had a high turnout for the celebrations,<br />

(RP) <strong>de</strong>puties in Çankaya celebrated<br />
Newroz by lightmg tires<br />
in a field adjoining to a restaurant<br />
where they had lunch.<br />
