• Fièvre non spécifique: 39-40°, frisson, malaise<br />
• Douleurs: céphalées, douleurs diffuses,<br />
myalgies + ++ (mollets), gênant la marche<br />
• Examen clinique initial quasi normal:<br />
• vague pharyngite<br />
• Hépatomégalie modérée, SMG rare, pas d’ADP,<br />
• Auscultation, TA & peau = normal…<br />
