ESC Setup <br />
You must setup the ESC before running the first time. After the initial setup, it is not required before every run.<br />
<br />
Please read through the instructions and get familiar with the procedure before starting setup. The setup process moves quickly, and it will help you to be ready for each step.<br />

If you are using a LiPo battery pack it is mandatory to turn on the Auto-LiPo setting (please see page 37)<br />

Before Setup <br />
We strongly recommend removing your pinion gear before calibration as a safety<br />
precaution! Start with the transmitter ON and the ESC switched OFF. Adjust the throttle<br />
trim to the center position.<br />

If the LED on the speed control does not work as shown below, the speed control may not be setup properly. Repeat the setup process.<br />

Alert Tones <br />
Input voltage abnormal - The ESC will check the input voltage each time it is activated. If the voltage is outside of the normal working range a double beep<br />
every 1 second will sound. Please check the battery voltage is suitable for this ESC.<br />
Throttle signal loss -<br />
If the ESC cannot detect the normal throttle signal from the receiver a single beep every 2 seconds will sound. Please check<br />
the transmitter and receiver are operating normally.<br />
