MASSES DE DEUX COMPLEXES CO-ÉLUANT PAR SEC-MALLS 1 Présentation des calculs Pour les crabes estuariens prélevés dans l’estuaire de la Penzé, les données disponibles en SEC- MALLS pour chaque échantillon sont les proportions en dodécamères et en hexamères déterminées à 280 nm et à 337 nm (d 280 , h 280 , d 337 et h 337 ) et les masses estimées en malls (M d et M h ). On a : d 280 + h 280 = 1 et d 337 + h 337 = 1. On note M f et M n f les masses des hexamères fonctionnel et non-fonctionnel. D’après l’hypothèse que le pic de dodécamère est constitué uniquement de dodécamère fonctionnel alors que le pic d’hexamère est constitué à la fois d’hexamère fonctionnel f et d’hexamère non-fonctionnel n f , on a : h 280 = h f + h n f et h 337 = h f où h f et h n f sont les proportions d’hexamère fonctionnel et non-fonctionnel dans l’échantillon. On a donc : d 280 +h f +h n f = 1. On note M f et M n f les masses des hexamères fonctionnel et non-fonctionnel. La masse mesurée à chaque instant pour la fraction hexamèrique est M h = h f .M f +h n f .M n f h f +h n f . Les valeurs de h 280 et h 337 dépendent des aires sélectionnées sous les profils d’absorbance et assignées au pic "dodécamère" et au pic "hexamère" ; dans le pic "dodécamère" est inclus un épaulement à gauche du pic correspondant à des agrégats qui peut varier entre les échantillons et qui influence également la valeur h. Ces points aberrants sont éliminés de la régression linéaire. Il est cependant
